"Wait-what?! You're joking right!?! Garth thats crazy" I say with a look on my face says 'you're mental'
"I'm not joking Lillith. Do you want you're dad to go out of business?? Wouldn't you want to make your mother proud?!" He says
"K, first off that whole 'don't you wanna make your mother proud' thing was so fricken cheesy. Second, grow some balls and then maybe we can take on the fucking Elf King. like Garth Are you insane?? Oh god please don't tell me I'm gonna have to take you the the crazy person asylum" I say.
"Lillith! Does it look like I'm joking!?!" He says.
I laugh and then say while still giggling.
"Actually it kinda does"
"You're unreal you know that!" He says.
"Garth you can't be serious right now..." I say.
"Unfortunately I dead serious" he replies
"Well what're you waiting for?!? Get the fuck off you're ass and get your gear! And they're is no way we're telling my dad, IS THAT CLEAR?!" I say with a serious but mad look on my face.

We get our gear on and head to the field. I stop and put my weapons on the green grass and head over the the dummies. I straighten them out and think to myself
'I must be crazy and all to be listening to that crackhead...or maybe I just think he's kinda right...but I don't think he's right...maybe I just-care' realizing I might have a crush on him, I slap myself in the face '
NO! Nah aw I do not like that immature little brat! Or do I...ugh shut up mind' I think to myself again.

Garth walks over and says to me
"Hey, you need some help sunshine?" I look up at him and start blushing.
Ugh! I hate him and his stupid face.
"Are you...blushing?" He says and starts to laugh. I start blushing even more and get up
"No! I'm just hot! And I'm trying to get this stupid thing back in here! My god Garth." I say still blushing but now with a pissed off face.
"Yeah, you are hot" he says and winks at me. I could slap him for that! I'm trying not to blush but I turn away right as I start.
"Yes Garth I need your help" I say with a normal tone in voice. I turn around and Garth looks so damn confused. He looks shocked because I let him win the argument.
"Are you gonna help me or what?! Move your ass already" I say with an embarrassed yet annoyed look on my face.
"Ok, ok, ok" Garth says. He accidentally put his hand on mine in attempt to grab the dummy from me. We look at each other both blushing and shocked looking
"You can take-" I try to say but Garth cuts me off with
-"I'll take i- yeah okay-" he says and the I accidentally cut him off
"Oka- yea-" I say the soon as he starts to talk
"Just put it right here?" He says still blushing and shocked looking.
God this is so fricken embarrassing.
"Yeah just it put there.." I say while blushing. He signals me a thumbs up.
"I'll just- I'll be over here uh- dealing with this dum- yeah- you get the point" I say trembling.
I walk over to a different dummy and think to myself
"Why was that so embarrassing?! We literal- wait..no, what?! Do we like each other?! He's never acted so embarrassed before!"
Oh my god...this can't be happening.

We both finish putting all the dummies back up at the same time. I walk over to our weapons at the same time he does.
"Do you wanna- do wanna go first?" He stutters in a normal tone in voice. He didn't look shocked or embarrassed at all...yet he still stutters.
"Uh, sure" I reply.
I pick up my bow and aim it at the dummy. I miss, I look at Garth with an unconfident look on my face. He holds in a laugh. My face goes from unconfident to angry.
"See! We need work. I'm not doing this!" I yell at him and hold in my tears. I throw my bow on the ground and start walking away.
"Lillith!! You can't just give up that easily, come back now or I swear to god!" He yells at me.
I've never heard him so serious. I turn around with a tear running down my face. I probably look pathetic because he thinks I'm crying about missing the fucking dummy...I'm crying because I'm confused and don't know what to do, I'm lost.
My hearts pounding so hard I can barely breathe.
"Wait you're not crying about missing the target are you? What the hell is wrong? Tell me! You've never acted so strange" he says.
He looks worried about me! I can't do this! I don't like him I know I don't...but I- I don't know, this is gonna sound cheesy but- never mind I'm not even gonna say it.
"I can't do this Garth! I-I'm confused and I just don't know what to do!" I say still crying
"You can talk to me! I can be serious you know. I'm not just stupid and sarcastic all the time Lillith, I've been in your shoes before" He says.
"NO I CAN'T!" I yell at him from the top of my lungs and start running towards home.
"LILLITH! Don't be a pussy! Come back god damnit!" He yells back at me. I don't stop running. I get home, tears streaming down my face. My dad jumps to his feet and says
"What happened?! Are you okay?" As I run to my room and slam the door. I lock the door and run to my bed and lie there crying, my dad knocks on my door and asked me whats wrong 100 times but I don't answer.
