(i really love him in denims ♥)
❁❁❁a little smile was tugging at the edge of your lips, and you somehow ended up giggling before you opened your eyes.
“morning,” said the man beside you. he hugged you tighter and continued to fiddle his finger around strands of your hair.
you lifted your head to look at him, “morning,” you replied before he could kiss your cheek. snuggling closer to him made you remembered the night before you slept with him.
“haeun–ssi,” he called out your name as you were busy watching the drama. you hummed in respond though so he intertwined your hand with his; it was always perfect. “I lost my teddy bear, can I hug you to sleep instead?”
hearing his sudden pick up lines finally he succeeded getting your attention. you turned to the right with your brows creased. before a scoff came out, you laughed a little.
“let's go to sleep, love,” he whispered once he scooted closer beside you. he knew you'd get flustered whenever he called you nicknames. “the bed feels empty without you.”
without answering him, he took the remote controller on your lap and switched the TV off and threw it back on the couch before he stood up to carry you in a bridal style.
you held onto him tightly as he walked to his room and laid you down on his bed. he shared a sweet smile while looking at you and then he lied beside you.
he switched off the lamp beside him. then he wrapped his arms around you, and hugged you to sleep. “good night, love.” leaving your heart grew wild.
you smiled under his shirt. you felt so close to him and you didn't want to get out from the bed. you liked the little gap with him, you liked the slow touches he made and you liked the scent he had every morning and night.
“should we make breakfast today,” he suggested, “everyone is here this morning anyway.” he looked at you which you just nodded your head with a bright smile.
after brushing your teeth in the toilet with him, the both of you went downstairs to make breakfast. you didn't do much, and there was not enough ingredients so you ended up making pancakes.
wonwoo wasn't an expert at cooking so he made hot tea instead. he would look at you times to times when you were too focused cooking. he smiled to himself.
while you were still cooking, he readily took out the tea cups and plates on the diner table.
it was silent but it was never awkward— his silence was alright as if he knew that the both of you needed peace sometimes.
you would smile to him if your eyes meet but no words would come out. he understood you. being with you for four months, he studied that you liked quiet places and slow music.
