Dani and Iris sat at Jitters talking. Dani sighed.
"I miss him, Iris."
Iris nodded and hugged the young brunette.
"I miss him too, Dani. But he'll be fine. He is Barry."
Dani nodded and smiled at Iris.
"I know. Thank you."
Dani yawned and Iris sighed.
"Nightmares again?"
Dani nodded.
"Yeah. Joe was there to wake me up. Oh, how are things with Eddie?"
Iris smiled.
"He treats me good. I love him."
Dani smiled and patted Iris's knee.
"I'm glad you're happy."
Iris went to say something when Barry walked in.
Dani's eyes widened and she run towards her brother.
"Bare!"
Barry hugged her tightly, breathing in her scent.
"I missed you, Elle."
Dani pulled away and smiled up at her brother.
"I'm glad you are okay, Bare."
Dani pushed Barry towards Iris and smiled as the two hugged.
It was dinner time at West/Allen household.
Dani was jumping around. She was happy her brother was back.
Barry laughed as she jumped in his lap.
"Bare."
Barry smiled and poked her side making her giggle.
"It was so quite in here without you."
Barry laughed.
"I find that hard to believe with you in the house."
Dani giggled as Joe and Iris laughed. Joe patted Barry's shoulder.
"She was actually quite for once. We were surprised."
Dani pouted.
"I don't blab all the time."
Barry look at her with a grin.
Dani giggled.
"Fine, I do babble from time to time."
Barry smiled and nodded.
"How about I sleep with you tonight, Elle?"
Dani grinned and her eyes brightened.
"Yes!"
Three adults laughed at the girl.
Dani laid her head on Barry's chest while he played with her hair.
"Joe told me about the nightmares, Ellie."
Dani nodded.
"Uh, yes. They started a little after lightning hit you. They are always the same. You dying. I can't lose you, Bare."
Barry kissed her head.
"And you won't. I promise. I'll always be here to protect you, Ellie."
Dani smiled up at him and kissed his cheek.
"I love you, Barry."
Barry breathed in her strawberry shampoo.
"I love you too, Dani."
