Dani sighed as Barry cancelled another hang out.
"Barry? Why don't you tell me what's wrong? You are my brother. I want to know."
Barry took her hands and kissed them.
"I wish I could, Elle. I'm just trying to protect you."
Dani looked down.
"I just don't want to lose you like we lost mommy, Bare."
Barry sighed and pulled her in a hug.
"You won't, Dani."
He looked down at her and pulled her with him.
"Come on. I'll tell you. But I don't want you getting involved. Okay?"
Dani nodded.
"Alright."
Barry lifted her in his arms and run to STAR labs. Dani's eyes widened as he put her down.
"You are the Streak? I mean The Flash."
Barry smiled and nodded.
"Yes."
Dani squealed.
"This is so exciting! My brother is The Flash!"
Barry laughed and pulled her to Cortex.
"Guys, this is my little sister Dani. Dani, these are Cisco and Caitlin."
Dani smiled at the two.
"Hi."
The two waved and started talking to young girl.
Barry smiled as his sister got excited about the suit. Cisco talked about it and Dani nodded every now and then to show that she is listening.
Dr Wells wheeled in and Barry smiled at him.
"Dr Wells, this is my sister Dani. Dani, this is Dr Harrison Wells."
Dani grinned at the man.
"You are a legend. I'm such a huge fan, Dr Wells."
Dr Wells smiled at the girl.
"Thank you, Ms Allen."
Dani giggled.
"You can call me Dani, Dr Wells."
Barry and Dani finally had time for themselves. They were eating ice cream and walking towards their house.
Dani looked at Barry and sighed.
"You know I love you Bare, right?"
Barry smiled.
"Of course, Elle. I love you too."
Dani nodded.
"I'm just scared of losing you."
Barry took her hand and kissed it.
"You won't lose me, Dani. I promise I'll always come back."
Dani nodded and giggled.
"Race ya."
Barry laughed as she took off. He gave her a head start and then speed to her. He took her in his arms and run to house.
Dani giggled as Barry put her down on their porch.
"Thanks, Bare."
Siblings walked into their house. Joe looked up from newspapers and smiled.
"How was trip to the STAR labs?"
Dani sat next to him and started talking. She was excited. Barry smiled. He needs to protect her from danger.
