Dani came down the stairs and looked at Barry, doing a small twirl.
"How do you like this?"
Barry smiled.
"You look beautiful as always, Elle."
Dani smiled.
"Thanks, Bare. You think he'll like it?"
Barry laughed.
"He'll definitely love it, Dani. Don't worry. Do I get the name of this boy that has your heart?"
Dani giggled.
"Not yet, Bare."
Barry nodded.
"Fine. Have fun, Elle."
Dani walked into Jitters and looked around. She felt a hand on her lower back and turned around.
"Oh, Lenny. Hey."
Leonard smiled.
"Hello, Elle. What do you want for drink?"
Dani smiled up.
"I love cocoa with marshmallows."
Leonard looked surprised.
"That's my favorite too. You can sit and I'll buy drinks."
Dani smiled and sat at table.
The two talked a long time. Dani's phone ringed and she look up at Leonard.
"I'm sorry. Do you mind if I take this?"
Leonard shook his head.
"Please. It's fine."
Dani answered the phone.
"Bare? Is everything okay?"
"I just needed to check on you. When are you coming home?"
"I don't know, Bare. At the moment I'm still on a date."
"Oh, okay. Well, see you later, sis."
The line went dead and Dani frowned. She looked up at Leonard and saw his smirk.
"What?"
Leonard kept the smirk.
"So this is a date, huh?"
Dani blushed.
"Uh, I mean... It doesn't have to be... I just thought that..."
Leonard chuckled and Dani looked at him.
"I don't mind, Elle. It's a date. I just love teasing you. You look cute when you blush."
Dani giggled and blushed more.
"Thank you."
Leonard walked her home again. This time he kissed her cheek.
"I had fun, Elle. We should do this again."
Dani nodded.
"I would love that."
Leonard smiled.
"Sweet dreams, Elle."
Dani smiled.
"Sweet dreams."
She walked into house and leaned on door, sighing.
Iris laughed.
"How was it on a date, Dani?"
Dani giggled and blushed.
"It was fun. How are things with Eddie?"
Iris grinned.
"We are good. Goodnight, Dani."
Dani smiled, her mind immediately going to blue eyes of a certain man.
"Goodnight, Iris."
