General POV
"Welcome everyone to day four of the Grand Magic Games" the anoucer spoke excitedly "Today we have a great show planned out but first we have a Special event for you in addition to the regular games we have an additional event today in this event each guild will select one of it members currently not participating in the tournament to represent them however no points will be awarded to the winner as this will just be to help show exactly what each guild is capable of with that please select your representative who will play Ruins"
Romeo POV
"Now that all the participates have been selected it is time to begin the event" cheers exploded from the stands
"From Lamia Scale we have Billy,
next we have Kim, from Mermaid Heel from Qatro Puppy we have Jimmy, from Sabertooth we have Dobengal from Blue Peagause is Colt and finally representing Fairy tail is Romeo Conbolt now time it is time to reveal the stage" rumbling filled the Stadium as the floor open up to reveal a huge temple

The objective of the game is rather simple all you have to do is make to the center of the temple and grab the chalice on the pedestal the one with the quickest time will win but be warned the place is filled with traps and monster to slow you down or kill you if you let your guard down alright ready the first challenger is Billy with the sound of the buzzer he was gone rushing into the temple where he encountered many traps and monster before finally reaching the end "And he done with a final time of 23:56 I was a little impressed not bad but I can beat it easily and with that the other contestant step fourth each one scoring around the same time or a few seconds less until finally it was Dobengal turn using his special skills he was able to clear the temple with record time
"What a display by Sabertooth setting a record time of 15:30 now it falls to our last contestant Romeo Conbolt representing Fairy tail can this youngster pull it off" spoke the announcer taking my place at the entrance of the temple I could feel the pressure building up as my body stiffen
Makarov POV
My children cheers rang out beside me as they cheer Romeo on I was proud of the young man it was obvious how hard he work but it seems the pressure may be too much
Gajeel POV
I agreed that the mini salamander was a good choice for this game at least I thought he would be but looking at him I couldn't help but turn my head "What a stupid kid" I mumbled to myself "What was that Gajeel" the Shrimp heard me "Nothing Shrimp"
Romeo POV
The pressure was building up I could feel my hands start to calm and doubt creeps it way in it was about to overwhelm me until something popped into my head a memory
Flashback
I was sparring against sensei I went in for a quick punch only to be sent railling as he stop me with a basic counter effectively ending the spar "Damn it that it I'm never going to beat you I'm not strong enough " slamming my fist into the dirt "Romeo stop that right now"snapping my head back to look at him"Why it true" "Enough the worst thing anyone can do is doubt there self doubting your abilities and going into something believing your going to lose or not good enough guarantee your defeat have confidences in your abilities
Flashback End
Taking a deep breath I refocused myself on the temple "Be Confident I can do this" soon the buzzer went off and I was racing through the temple hallways as I stepped on a tile I here a click and found myself dodging projectiles shooting from the walls realizing there were too many to dodge I started channelling my magic through my body holding it in creating a fiery aura around my body protecting me from the projectiles once I reach a fork in the path I stop in the center of the fork and before long another click was heard followed by the shaking of the ground as a giant metal ball started rolling towards me turning on my heels I ran the opposite direction down the right side path toward the end of the hallway a door was closing shut pumping magic into my legs I made a mad dash towards the door which by now had lowered enough that I was forced to slide barley clearing it as the metal ball impacted with the door causing a loud noise to fill the temple after catching my breath I picked myself off the ground and walked farther into the center of the room which had six different path branching out in all directions after a minute I choose the path toward the far left following it I reach a large circular room with a high celling many meter from the ground there was nothing here except for a small ledge too far off the ground to jump and grab the door had closed behind me so there was no turning back all of a sudden tremor filled the room as a giant magic circle appeared on the floor from which a giant emerged
