We were at some rich person's house, it was a large white hour, three stories. It was absolutely beautiful, there were green vines climbing up the walls and the doors was taller than Sherlock on a step stool. He knocked on the door hard several times, I rolled my eyes and leaned up against a pillar. A young boy opened the door, he had bright blue eyes and blond hair, his, what presume was his sister, came running over. She had slightly darker blond hair that was put into high up pigtails. She turned towards her brother

“Marian said not to open the door,” she said putting her hands on her hips, she was about nine or ten and her brother was at least seven

“Prina no one cares, go away” he sounded mature and modest compared to his older sister, she crossed her arms and stood there, he looked back at us.

“Hello, I'm Paris, This is my sister Prina, what can we do for you?” He politely asked smiling. I gave him my best smile and held out my hand

“My name is Jaye, this is my associate Sherlock, are your parents home?” I asked, leaning down to level us a bit more

“Our parents are never here, last time I saw them they were going to Paris,” Prina said, sadly. Paris looked even sadder

“They said they’d bring me,” he said softly, he cleared his throat

“But our house nanny is here, she takes care of us!” Prina said, in a hyper and happy way

“She takes care of you” Paris whispered to himself. We walked in and saw a younger woman with platinum hair and green piercing eyes.

“Paris! What did I say about answering that door!” she yelled looking at the boy who sat there blank faced. She sighed and looked over at us, smiling

“I'm sorry about him, he’s a little” she paused and lowered her voice “He isn't exactly of the smartest” she nodded and pushed them off into another room. As she was scolding Paris in another room. I looked over at Sherlock

“She did it” he chuckled and rolled his eyes

“Did she do it or do you want her to be the one who did it?”

“Paris didn't do anything wrong, and by what i've deduced he isn't stupid, actually it's the opposite. And then did you hear the way he spoke? He said ‘she takes care of you’ this woman doesn't even care about him!”

“None of this is of our concern Jaye, we can't do anything about it. We handle intriguing murder cases, not child abandonment cases, now keep you mind on task, the quicker we do this, the quicker you can get back to your thievery” Sherlock replied, just as the house maid came back in, she smiled widely at Sherlock and let it falter when she looked at me.

“Mr Sherlock Holmes! I've heard a lot about you! And you…” she said kind of giving me almost a disgusted disinterested face

“Yeah I'm the silent partner”

“Probably should stay that way” she muttered.

“We would like to ask you some questions…” I said ignoring her little comment

“It's Marian” she responded, flipping her hair. I looked over at Sherlock and gestured him to ask away. As he was doing that i began analyzing her

She's about 28 but tries to act 24, probably doesn't want to turn thirty, she's perking up her chest, she must have the hots for sherlock, her nails are done but they don't look professional, there are small streaks on the nail polish indicating the polish she uses isnt of high quality, she looks well rested but the makeup was caked on her face, increasing the lines on her face, the mascara was uneven and messy and her eyeliner was a bit off, she's been nervous, unable to work, and focus, this morning she was in a hurry, trying to get ready before something happened, or trying to shake off something that just happened, there is a slightly purple color stained on her right hand, it looks more like a blob of ink that she tried to scrub off.

“Where were you this morning?” I heard Sherlock ask when I tuned back in, she looked nervous than what she was five minutes ago

“Uhm. I was h-here of course” she laughed a bit shaky. This was way too easy. I grabbed Sherlock's arm

“Well we have no more questions, if you think of something, please feel free to contact us” I stood up and shook her hand and quickly walked out. We got into the cabby and rode down the dirt road that led back into the city, I pulled out a small black book and smiled, showing it to Sherlock

“Hey wonder how Marian's black book magically fell into my pocket” I grinned, he smiled and took it, quickly scanning the lines I cleared my throat

“What” he murmured

“Oh yes Jaye, thank you so much for getting this great piece of evidence, without you this case would have never been able to be completed” I said, trying to imitate his voice,he looked up and smiled, i giggled and and he began laughing, soon we were both holding each other laughing your head off for no apparent reason, the cabbie stopped, even though I was still in a fit of laughter i could tell this wasn't where Sherlock told her to stop, Sherlock noticed this and tried his best to stop laughing, he did pretty well. We looked at the driver, She turned around and smiled, Sherlock didn't know who she was, but, i did

“Hello dearest” she said smiling
