Chapter 19: Nightmares

Your POV

I wake up with no pain anywhere for the first time in a while. It was also the first time I haven't had any nightmares since I was reunited with the team. I try to stretch but am stopped by something covering the right half of my body. I rub my eyes and look down to see Korra laying on top of me with all of the covers wrapped around her. Wow, how did I not see that one coming. I shake her gently.

You: "Korra? Korra wake up." Although instead of waking up she groans and rolls even further on top of me. "Oh, come on." I hear a small chuckle come from her as I say that though. I smile and roll over so I'm now on top of her.

Korra: "M/N! Get off me!" she yells at me.

You: "I don't know about that? I mean, you did roll on top of me first."

Korra: "If you don't get off me right now. We'll never do what we did last night again." I see her smirking with confidence. I shake my head laughing to myself. I lean down next her ear and whisper. "Korra, you and I both know you liked that way more than I did, and so does Mako, Bolin, and Asami." I say. As I pull back I see a blush painted on her cheeks. I reach out and ruffle her hair like you would do to a kid.

You: "Awww, is the wittle avatar embawassed." I say in a mocking tone. Before I even know what's happening I am sent flying through the ceiling by a gust of wind and onto the bridge where everybody else currently is.

Bolin: "What the hell M/N?!"

Asami: "What did you do?" I look up and see her with her hands on her hips. I smile slightly and scratch the back of my head.

You: "I think I made her mad."

Korra: "Why do I like him?! I can't stand him sometimes yet I love him! He can take down an evil spirit one day yet the next he's play fighting with icicles and 5-year-olds! Honestly M/N I don't know what I'm going to do with you for the next 80 years."

You: "Oh, so were going to be together for another 80 years huh Korra?" I say looking down through the hole. She looks up at me surprised to see me.

Korra: "Oh, uh. How much did you hear?"

You: "Well it seems to me I'm some douchebag that you love dearly." I say smirking at her.

Korra: "You know what M/N?"

You: "Uh... What?"

Korra: "When we get to the resort your spending your entire night helping me with something." What? I turn back to Asami to see her wide eyed but laughing at me.

You: "Asami? What does she mean?"

Asami: "Poor, poor M/N." I run up to her and grab her shoulders.

You: "Asami! This isn't a joke anymore. She scares me when she's mad like this."

Korra: "Who scares you?" I jump when I hear Korra's voice right behind me.

You: "Oh... Crud."

Mako: "Well, me and Bolin have to uh... go, change. Yea we have to go change, come on Bolin." I see Bolin basically run out of the room after Mako.

Asami: "I'm just gonna leave you two alone for a bit." She says as she backs out of the room. I look back towards Korra.

You: "Ok. Why are you so mad?"

Korra: "Ok, I'm not really that mad. I just needed to make sure we were alone. I know they would snoop on us if I just asked them to leave us alone."

You: "Ok so you're not mad?" I ask really hoping she's not.

Korra: "Well you are still going to have to pay me back for what you did, but no, I'm not mad." Thank god.
