Okay first you'll wash your hands with warm water.Next your going to get your blender and rinse it out.After that your going to rinse off all your fruit.Then your going to put in as many pieces of fruit you would like.Blend that mixture of fruit up.After take your going to pure to smoothie into a cup and a drink up!This breakfast choice gives you a lot of nutrients and

vitamin C.

2.What You'll Need:

Plate//2

Wheat Bagel

Eggs

Fresh Lettuce

Green peppers

Ham

Non-Stick Pan

Knife

Directions:

So first your going to wash your hands.Then get your plate ready do you can be prepared to put the food on there.Next your going to take your non-stick pan and crack the egg so you have your yolk & the white liquid in the pan.After that your NOT going to scramble it but your just gonna let it sit until it's double on one side.(Temp 280°)Then your going to do the same to the other side of the egg.After that take your egg and sit it on your plate.Next your going to take your ham and cut that up in tiny little pieces.(Temp 130°)Dump all your ham in the pan and fry them.After they're done put them on the plate.Next your going to wash all your veggies.Then cut up the lettuce into layers.After that cut up the green peppers into little tiny pieces.After that put all of the veggies your using on the plate.Now,take two wheat bagels and warm them up for about 15 seconds.After that take one bagel and sit it down of another plate.Then put the egg on top of that,Then the ham bits,Fresh lettuce layers,green pepper bits,and lastly the other bagel.Eat up!

Directions:To start off this recipe is very easy!!!All you need to do is wash your hands.Then get your bowl and rinse it out.Next your going to take your bananas or your can your one,your going to pill them and then cut them up.Next pick how many cherries you want and pluck the stems off.Next your going to get your grapes and rinse them off..because grapes are so simple.lol.Anyways your going to get your pears.pull the,cut them up into dice chunks.Then get your pineapples and cut it through the middle.After that carefully hold the sides and scoop the into of the pineapple out.Take your oranges and pill them,and separate them from each other.Next your going the rinse your strawberries off and pull of the stem/top of the strawberries.Lastly your going to take all of your fruit and put it all in your bowl!Its a...FRUIT SALAD!
