Tayla awakes after having another strange dream. For the last few days she has dreamed of aliens from another world looking for her. However, in her dreams, she doesn't see them as aliens, just three normal looking men, but upon waking, she's sure that they aren't from Earth.

Each dream starts out the same, she's working and three men come into her work place asking questions about her. During each questioning her boss answers their questions, but never points her out. Not knowing why Tayla hides each time, not wanting the men to find her.

Once the men leave she speaks with her boss about leaving work early. Raelynn agrees. "Do you know who those men were? Why they are looking for you?"

"No, I've never seen them before. Something about them scares me though." Tayla admits shaking her head and looking at the floor. "I get the feeling that I can't let them find me. It's like something inside me senses some evil in them." Looking up at her boss and friend, she tries to see if Raelynn thinks her crazy.

"You're not crazy either. I didn't like the feeling they gave me either when they were asking about you, that's why I told them that you didn't come into work today." Raelynn admits. "They said that they would check back tomorrow. Why don't you take the rest of the week off? You have some vacation time built up. I'm sure that the office can get along without you for a few days. If the men do show up again I tell them that you went to Hawaii for a conference."

Tayla laughs and looks at her friend. "How do you explain an office manager going to a conference? Raelynn, I'm nothing more than a glorified secretary."

"No you're not, you're my personal assistant." Raelynn tells her with a frown. "You handle some major duties for me. Things that I wouldn't let even a 'glorified secretary' handle. Besides, it doesn't matter what your position is, a lot of people go to conferences. They go to learn things to help them in business, and in their personal lives. So can you. Now go. I'll make sure these men don't find you and I call Derek and have him check them out. They left a card."

Knowing that she wasn't about to change Raelynn's mind, Tayla grabs her purse and heads for the door. "Just don't do anything to anger them. I don't trust them. There's just something not right about any of this." With that she closes the door and leaves the office.

The dream always has the same ending with Raelynn telling her to take the rest of the week off. Sitting up, Tayla looks at her bed side clock and sees that she doesn't have to get up for at least another hour, but doesn't see the point of trying to go back to sleep.

After taking a shower and getting ready for work, Tayla sits down with her cup of tea and a legal pad and carefully writes down everything that she can remember from the dream. Though she can recall the questions that the men asked her boss, she can't recall exactly what the men look like. Whenever she tries to picture them in her mind their images are blurred and their speech is garbled.

Arriving at work a half an hour early, Tayla starts the coffee and goes through the mail. She greets the others as they slowly come in. By the time Raelynn arrives at nine everyone is busy with their tasks for the day. The Heart Agency handles a number of different job designations. They have various employees that handle anything from publishing contracts for authors, childcare for working mothers, skills training for non-college young people, to general labor for any number of fields.

Raelynn Heart has built her agency up from a five person staff to having well over two hundred valued employees. Everyone on staff gives each job that comes in one hundred percent. Because of this devotion, no client is ever disappointed when they hire the services of the Heart Agency. They know that the people they hire will do their jobs with care and honor, and to the best of their ability, and if they can't they will find someone that can at no extra cost to the client.
