I arrived at the training facility and parked beside Dad. I got to the front desk and saw Ernie. He ran the front desk and security. "Hey Chancey Chance." He says.
"Hey Ernie." I say as I drop off the doughnuts. "As promised." I say. "You are always will be my favorite Kaepernick. Don't tell your father." He says.
I smile. "I won't." I say. Inside was my father and the whole practice squad. I smile as Dad turns to face me. "Chance." He says.
I say my hellos to everyone. "Hey Daddy." I say as I hug him. "Happy birthday baby girl." Dad whispered.
Soon the team came in with a cake and some presents. I smile. "My birthday isn't until next week." I say.
"I know but the team wanted give you something." He says.
"Chance, this from your me your Uncle Que." He says.
I unwrapped the box and inside was some red bottoms.
"I love this. Thank you Uncle Que." I say.
Once me and Dad got home I sprawled out on the couch. "Happy early birthday baby girl." Dad says.
