I walk into the house and Dad was in the kitchen. I take a breath. "Daddy, I have to tell you something." I say.
He follows me into the living room with Mom. I sigh and open my mouth. "Dad, a few days ago I had sex with Tyshawn." I say. I seen his reaction. His hand clenched into a tight fist and he got eye level with me. "You are lying Danielle. You are." He says through clenched teeth.
"No I'm not Daddy and that's not all. Before that I signed up for Twerk Wars." I say. Soon I felt something.
"Colin!! Stop!" Mom says.
"Jay move. This girl had sex and I strictly forbade her from doing something stupid. Chance say goodbye to your car, say goodbye to your boyfriend. Matter of fact go upstairs until I SAY to come down." He yells.
I felt the hot tears on my face. What did I do? I cried into my pillow. "Baby." I heard.
"Mom?" I say in between gasps for air.
"Hey baby. You ok?" He asks.
"No. Dad was so pissed. I never seen him like that." I say.
"Shh. He'll be fine soon. Now let's get some dinner in you." Mom says
Mom got me some food and I curled up in bed my eyes puffy and myself all relaxed.
"Chance. Baby." I heard my Dad say.
"Dad?"I say.
He had a plate of food in his hands. "I'm sorry for going into left field. I love you and I thought we talked about the sex thing." He says.
"Me and Ty just kinda let it happened. He loves me like you love Mom." I say.
"Right. Here. Your Mom and I made your favorite steak smother in cheese and bacon." He says. "Thank you Daddy." I say.
