You Don't Have To Do This.

~Melody's POV~

"You don't have to do this" I cried as all the emotions came back in just one sweep "but sweetie, I do. They have to know, he has to know. We can help, we're half way there" the sweet loving voice said as she pulled out a needle full of vervain "I'm fine doing what I'm doing, just let me switch it back off, and I'll go" I begged as I fought against the restraints "I'm sorry but you can't carry on like this" she sighed as she got ready to put the needle into my vain "Please, I'll do anything, just don't make me face them after what I've done" I carried on begging "Melody, the only thing you can do is go wilfully because nothing will change my mind" she smiled as she pushed the vervain into my system making me body burn as the blackness took me under.

~Stefan's POV~

"Really Damon?" I sighed at Damon as he and Elena came walking down the stairs in their underwear "It's been a year since she left, I'm not wasting my time mourning over her, Elena's helping" Damon smirked at me before smiling at Elena "I'm going to go get dressed babe" Elena announced as she kissed Damon on the cheek and walked up stairs with a skip in her step "you never will change" I muttered as I picked up Elena's torn clothes from her and Damon's last night passion "maybe you should stop trying, do you learn nothing from Elijah and Klaus?" Damon smirked "Damon, I need help" Elena sang happily from the shower causing Damon's face to light up "duty calls" he smirked before running out of sight causing me to sigh. Only a year ago Melody, the love of his life was turned into a vampire, turns out it didn't take to well on her, she became like me, a ripper, she went on a spree  in Mystic Fall's killing 5 people before turning her emotions off and fleeing. I kept track on her much like Damon did with me but he's changed, He and Elena are now together and it feels like everything has changed since she left, Caroline was right. She's the one that holds us all together. My thought we're interrupted by a knock on the door "Stefan, will you get that?" Damon shouted followed by a moan from Elena causing me to gag before heading to the door. I swung the door open and there stood the one person I needed to see and talk to "no time for reuniting, I brought you a gift" she smiled before moving aside showing a passed out Melody lead on the floor with her wrists and legs bound with chains causing me to sigh before opening the door wider and helping my best friend carry Melody into the cellar.
