Can We Forget About This?

~Melody's POV~

We broke apart and I just stared into Matt's bright blue eyes as the shock died down. I sighed before standing up off Matt and walking towards the back door "Mels" Stefan's voice sighed "don't" I whimpered as the tears began to fall. 

Once outside I sat down on the bench, I always seem to end up at this bench. I let the tears fall as I thought about everything that's happened in the past year. I ran away, turned my emotions off, killed a bunch of people, met Lexi, got kidnapped, brought back here, found out about Elena and Damon and now Matt. I sighed as I dropped my head into my hands, how could he do that? Why did he do that? We talked about this when I was human, it couldn't work. "Mels" Tyler's voice said making his presence known "not now Ty" I sighed as the tears dried up "look at me" he sighed, after a few seconds I brought my head up and looked at him "why?" I choked "why what?" he asked as he pulled me into a side hug "why did he kiss me?" I sighed as I leant my head on Tyler's shoulder "you make it hard for people to control their feelings around you" he laughed "it's not funny Ty" I sighed while frowning "I know, just think about it, every guy you meet falls for you" he said while playing with the ends of my hair "We talked about this ages ago though. I explained we could never be together" I said while looking into his eyes "remind him about it then" he smiled while looking into my eyes "I missed you" he smiled "I missed you too" I smiled before we stood up and walked into the everything room where Stefan had Matt up against the wall "something you forgot to tell me Ty?" I frowned as I rushed over and pulled Stefan off Matt "Stef, calm down" I smiled as I placed a hand on his chest "he had no right" he growled "look at me" I begged but he just stared at a startled Matt "look at me" I demanded while pulling his face to look at me, once he did his gaze softened "I don't like seeing you like this" I frowned as  I looked into his bright green eyes "I'm sorry" I frowned as he kissed my head "go calm down, I'll be up soon" I smiled as I kissed his cheek. He nodded before turning away.

"Everyone leave, I need to talk to Matt" I demanded angrily as I watched Stefan walk up the stairs out of sight "go easy on him" Tyler laughed before kissing my head and walking away with everyone following his action. Once everyone left I turned to Matt, his blue eyes showing nothing but fear, "want to explain?" I shouted as I stepped closer to him causing him to flinch "I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself, I missed you so much" I said sadly "I missed you too Matt. You're my best friend, we can't jeopardise that" I said my tone softening slightly "I agree. Can we forget about this?" he asked "sure, just don't do it again" I smiled as I hugged him "I wont" he said as we pulled away "if you excuse me, I have someone to see" I smiled before walking away and going to see Stefan.
