I didn't stay out with Black for too long, mainly because I had been up for damn near forty hours and I had a game tomorrow so I needed some sleep; I didn't even bother with eating because I was so damn tired but I had learned some things that I wished I hadn't but I wanted to get both sides of the story so when I asked Black about my father I could tell it was a sore subject but he didn't hold back. My mom's side of things was she was raped by my father and she gave me up because she was ashamed of what happened; which directly contradicts what my dad's mom had said so I didn't know who to believe. Honestly, I didn't want to think about it, but it was the only thing on my mind.... I really wanted to sleep but I couldn't, it was like I was so tired I couldn't sleep if that made sense and I was just about to go see if Jace had something that would help me sleep when there was a quiet knock on my door and Carter stepped inside my room. Why couldn't this nigga put a shirt on before coming in here?

"My bad I wasn't sure if you were sleeping or not..... but I..... I just wanted to apologize for how I acted earlier, it's just I'm going through so much right now and I take my frustration out you because..... I guess it's because you were the one person I could vent to when I first got here and I think that's one of the main things I missed about our relationship and the one thing I was afraid of losing." Carter said sitting on my floor.

"Carter you can still come and vent to me.... as long as you respect the boundaries of my relationship then we shouldn't have any problems." I said looking at him in the darkness of my room.

"That's the thing, Ronnie, I can't come and talk to you because you are one of the causes of my frustration. It's hard enough having to see you every day and be around you without being able to hold you but I also can't come to you and tell you how I feel because I know I'm going to get rejected." Carter said.

"What you need to learn how to do is compartmentalize your anger issues..... you should be able to talk with each of us about a different thing like you can talk to me about your parents, you can talk to Valentino about your baby mom, Dejon about your problems with your uncle, Jace..... well you can talk to Tay about anything else or something along those lines. You don't have to do this alone Carter...." I said and even though it was dark I saw him nod.

"I guess you're right..... well I'm going to let you get some sleep because you sound like you're about to pass out any second, I lo.... I'll see you in the morning." Carter said getting up and walking out my room, I knew what he was about to say but before I could think on it too much I closed my eyes and fell right to sleep.................................

"Ayy baby after the game tonight Black said he wants to take us out to eat." Antwan said as we walked down the hall, I hated away games because we had to wear button ups and slacks, which showed off everything below Antwan's waist and I hated when all these thirsty ass girls be staring.

"Who exactly is us?" I asked praying that it wasn't the entire team because I didn't want any of those niggas in my business.

"Us... I think he invited Dejon, Valentino, Jace, Tay and umm..... Carter." Antwan said and I knew he wasn't feeling the fact that Carter was invited. "Don't look at me like that Ronnie, I tried to be cordial but Carter doesn't like me and I'm done playing nice."

"Carter will be on his best behavior tonight.... we need to focus on this game because I don't want my brother thinking I don't know how to play especially after I hyped myself." I said smiling. "Come on let's get to class." I said grabbing his hand and pulling him down the hallway.

"Ayy slow down, where's the rush..... umm I wanna run something by you real quick. So my parents are working through the weekend and I'm not trying to be alone.... I know your brother is in town but I was thinking that maybe whenever y'all get done hanging out instead of going back to your place you can come stay with me." Antwan said nervously and I smiled, this was one of the things I loved about him; he was so nervous around me and I loved that I made him nervous.

"I'll tell you what...... if you can get twenty points, five rebounds and five assist at the minimum I'll come over your place tonight, anything less than that and you gotta come stay with me at the house. Deal?" I asked and he smiled a little before pushing me up against the locker and kissing me.

"You got yourself a deal Terron." He said smiling. "Now let's get to class before we're late and I gotta sit out a quarter, I need all the minutes I can get." Antwan said running down the hall before we got caught by the late bell........

Antwan balled out tonight thirty-four points, nine rebounds, and eight assists.... I was almost pissed that he outshined me but since we won I let it slide. Once we got back to the school Black was sitting on the hood of his car smoking a blunt as if he didn't have a care in the world, he was surrounded by my bros and a bunch of girls who were trying to figure out who he was.

"Damn Antwan you went all out tonight..... you did too Terron." He said looking at me and I shrugged it wasn't my best game but it also wasn't my worst. "Aight so where do y'all wanna go out to eat, Antwan you pick since you were the games MVP." Black said and Carter mumbled something that made him smirk.

"I'll let Ronnie decide.... where you wanna go baby?" Antwan asked pulling me back against him and honestly, I didn't care as long as we weren't standing out here in the cold for too much longer.

"Ayy Terron you mind if Carter rides with me? I wanna talk to him about a few things." Black said and I looked at Carter, honestly, I was a little nervous because I had told him everything about me and Carter's quote/unquote relationship and I didn't know where that conversation was heading. "That really wasn't a question..... Carter get in the passenger seat bro bro...." Black said pushing his way through the groupies to get to the driver side door.

"Dejon can we talk?" Natasha asked pushing her way through the crowd and Dejon looked at her for a split second before shaking his head.

"Nah we don't got shyt to talk about. Let's go y'all....." He said moving away from her and Natasha looked like she was about to breakdown but quickly walked to her car and sped off. "Where are we going RonRon since your 'brother' is following us?" Dejon asked and I punched him in the arm.

"Red Lobster.... and you know you don't have to be jealous right?" I said and he nodded.

"I'm not jealous RonRon, I'm just nervous what if y'all get close and then all of a sudden he decides that he doesn't want to fuck with you anymore.... you've been through too much and it would kill me to see that happen to you." Dejon said.

"I just wanna know what he looks like naked." Jace said from the backseat and I saw Tay roll his eyes, I really wanted those two to just get together but they were playing. "What don't act like you weren't looking at his ass every time he jumped up when Rondell scored Tay." Jace said and Tay laughed quietly.

"Actually I wasn't I was more focused on you.... but you were too busy focused on him. Though I think I know why you're playing with my emotions Jace, you're scared of my dick..... you think Daddy is going to split you in half but it's quite the opposite, you'll learn soon enough though." Tay said smiling and Jace started stuttering, what was it about Tay that made Jace speechless.

"Ayy can we chill out with all the sex talk?" Valentino complained and I turned around to look at Antwan who was chewing on his nail.

"What's wrong?" I asked quietly and he shrugged. "Don't act like that you know exactly what's wrong with you so tell me." Antwan pulled out his phone and sent me a quick text.

ANTWAN: I'm really don't wanna go out to eat.... I much rather be at my house with your dick in my mouth or ass, so you can understand my frustration 🤤🤤🤤

ANTWAN: But I guess I can tough it out for a few hours.......

"Wassup Carter..... what aight..... we'll meet you up there." Valentino said quickly and I looked back at him waiting for answers. "Ayy we need to go to the hospital, Carter's uncle just beat the fuck outta Romeraux." Valentino said and Dejon hit a quick U-turn and sped all the way to the hospital, God I hope Romeraux is okay........................
