Chapter 3

Nicolas's POV

Ugh! That brunette irritated me a lot during the speech. Thanks to all of my old experiences. Without them, my mouth wouldn't uttee a word due to irritation.

" I need to find out who she is" I thought bitterly.

Also right now, although I was standing listening to other businessmen about new project concerned with Oil, honestly I didn't even hear words they were saying. My mind was thinking about that woman. I needed to stop that. No No No it was not because I liked her. It was just because she was a late one. You know my hatred towards late ones especially during my speech.

And then there came Jenny Richard, the one who clings me all the time as if I was her boyfriend giving others wrong impression.

" Hi Nick," she said seductively.

I nodded to acknowledge her presence not wanting to say much.

" Your speech is really great. I'm sure you will get many investment based on this speech. Even my father is greatly interested in your project. "

I knew what her plan was. She wanted to trap me by making her father invest in my project. She wanted to make a tie so I couldn't reject her.

Actually I had no loss. I mean she has perfect body with beautiful face-I don't care it's a fake or not. Plus her father is one of the most respected businessmen all over the world owning Ship industries and inport and export companies.

"Oh really?" I asked her putting slight effort to sound like I was interested.

"Yes. How about meeting with him to talk about that? " she asked me blinking her abnormally long eyelashes.

" Ok. We can make appointment to discuss it one day when your father can leave out time for that."

She smiled like Cheshire Cat.

" Who is she? " she asked me frowning.

" Who? "

" The one with red dress talking to your parents. "

Oh she was that brunette. She was in deep conversation with my parents. I could see her body here. Wow she has a killer body with curves. Did I mention her perfect sized boobs and round ass? My type. Hey don't judge me. I'm a guy. Ok?

Then I noticed Jen was waiting for my answer.

" I don't know."

" Let's greet your parents. Shall we?" she said grabbing my arm practically dragging me to my parents.

My eyes set upon her along our walk. Sensing my piercing look, she turned her head towards us slowly. As soon as she met with my eyes, she seemed tensed but her eyes were sparkling with delight. Then she noticed Jenny beside me. Her eyes were upon our linking arms. She looked shocked and disappointed. Her eyes seemed sad. Then she turned her head away from us.

She liked me? Or was I delusional? But who wouldn't? I mean I am the most eligible bachelor in my country right now- good genes, deep pocket and power background. I smirked thinking I got Another one to play.

Then my Dad saw us.

" Son, come here. We've got someone to introduce to you. Oh you've got guest. She is....?"

"She is" the word were hanging in the air cos I was interrupted by Jenny who seemed too thrilled to wait for proper introduction.

" Jenny. Jenny Richard. I heard a lot about you from my father," she said cheerfully shaking my Dad's hand. Then she hugged my Mom and handshaked with that brunette glaring.

"Someone is jealous," I thought amusingly.

"Son, this is the one I told you lately. She is Chole. Chole Baldwin. "

" Chole, this is my Son."

" Hi, I'm Nicholas. Call me Nick," I said taking out my hand to shake.

" Hi"she said shyly giving her hand to me.

In order to solve my doubts, I did a thing that she did not expect.

I kissed her hand.

This Chapter 3 and 4 have been edited so some sentences are corrected and they may not be same with the first one you have read. But don't worry cos the concept is the same.
