Gotham museum of worldwide treasures.

The sign radiated in Gotham’s gloomy night. This and a few street lights were the only light sources.

It was deathly quiet, except for the quiet tapping of fingers typing.

This was a sound that could only mean bad things for the museum full of riches. It was full to the brim with extraxtrestall goodies, like kriptnyte, and golden jewelry from long ago.

A pleased hum came as the masked thief hacked the motion sensor of the museum.

With the last of the museum's defense down the thief could now go inside and take want ever he wanted.

Slowly he made his way of the shadows and into the light to find something that peaked his interest. He was he on a job, but that didn't mean that he couldn't take something for himself.

A Ruby here a golden bracelet there, nothing interesting. Nothing caught his eye.

Until after a minute or two if looking the masked thief found what he was looking for, something interesting. A ten thousands year old necklace, made of gold, silver, and at least three kinds of presses gems. Expensive.

With a grin he opened the glass container and silently took the ancient necklace. After securing the necklace in his bag he made his way to another exhibit.

Silently the masked thief went down many hallways

"Kryptonite Exhibit

It's out of this world!"

Read a bright blue sign in an even brighter green. It even had random sparkling stars on it.

The thief let out an undignified snort of laughter at the terrible sign. He continued to laugh as he made his way down the hallway to the exhibit itself.

Batman's POV

Batman was sitting atop of a rather large exhibit. Although he was batman, he was bored out of his mind.

Bored he my be, all of his attention was on this mission. Nothing else.

He was watching the new Kryptonite exhibit. The one weakness to Superman on display inside a glass box on a pedal stool. Nothing, but the somewhat decent security and a glass box between the powerful rock and any decent thief.

All he needed to do was wait for someone to try and steal it. After he stopped the thief he could demand the museum hand over the space rock. He would pay of course, but the rock would be safer with him.

After hours of sitting and watching the exhibit, something went off. Or it didn't go off, it was turned off. It being the security.

Someone must hacked into the (somewhat decent) security to steal the Kryptonite.

Batman was about to turn the security back on, when he heard a quite giggle from the vents.

Eyes narrowing at the thought of who it might be (but he's batman, so he knows he right). Not a second later a small form came out of a vent.

His small form. The Justice League's pest, the one criminal no leaguer could seem to catch. Everyone had tried not once, not twice, but three times each, and they've even teamed up many times to catch the tiny thief.

Wren.

The tiny bird boy lived up to his name. His ageagley was unmatched across the world.

Always moving, never hitting the same spot twice.

An annoyance to a large portion of leaguers as not one could catch him.

Until now he was just that, an annoyance. Now he was a threat. Stealing the kryptonite  sealed the deal on him being a real threat.

"Hello batsy,"  Wren said without turning around as he slid another priceless bracelet around his small wrist.

The boy had  mimicked the joker almost perfectly. It was made him tense up. The thought if his kid knowing what the joker sounded like. It meant he was around him in some form. This kid may be able to slip away bvb from them, but the joker would.

He didn't want to think about that.

“Wren,” Batman said gruffly as he jumped down from his hiding place. His Cape helping him merge with the darkness of closed museum.

Wren turn to face the dark knight. Inky black hair peeked out from underneath his red hoodie.  Random colors splotched the hoodie from stray spray paint.

Dark Jeans and a pair of generic boots, with gloves and his mask made it impossible to determine his identity.

“Return the stolen items and come with me,”

“Oh! Of course Batman!” Wren said as he tossed a ruby encrusted bracelet to the black clad man.

Batman  caught the bracelet and put it back into its case.

“Wren,” Batman warned

“Bats" Wrem replied with a smirk as he turned and smashed the glass case that held the kryptonite.

lash POV

A knock disturbed the silence. Barry Allen blinked awake. Taking in his surroundings he saw that he had fallen asleep on the couch.

Iris must have turned the TV off. Wondering what had woken him up, he heard it again.

A knock.

Getting up and popping his back he made his way to the door. Wondering who was knocking on his door at… twelve in the morning.

Opening the door he saw a small box with a note on it.

Looking around he saw that who ever left it was long gone. Carefully picking up the box he carried it inside, closing th je door behind him.

Setting down on the kitchen table he opened the letter. Surprise spread across his face as he read the letter.

Dropping the letter, he ripped open the box and saw it.

Picking up the letter he read it once more.

Dear Flash,
I, Wren, have no need for this. But in my bored state I had stolen this rock. Oops.
I was wondering if you could make sure this get into the right hands. As you took down a small smuggling group who had it.

Yours truly,
Wren, the best bird

With a sigh Flash put on his suit and took the kryptonite to the watchtower. Calling Batman to see what he should do with the kryptonite he got from a small smuggling group.
