It is now one day until the Halloween party and no one knows what Alex and I are going as.

I have gotten lots of comment on my hair, it's really growing on me. I have also started showing off my tattoo at school now that my brother knows about it, I really don't have anything to hide.

Walking to my locker I see the girls. Smiling I walk up to them. "Are you guys going to the Halloween party tonight?" I ask hoping that they will say yes.

Rosie and Alicia start doing this thing where they communicate with their eyes. They both look at me with smiles on their faces. "YEEEEESSSS!" They say simultaneously.

I brake out in a huge grin after hearing their answers. "Ohmygod yay! Okay so what are you guys going as?" I ask curiously.

Alicia looks at me and grins. "Nope. You won't tell us what your costume is so we won't tell you." She says and then sticks her tongue out.

I roll my eyes and laugh. "Really mature I mean it's not like you seventeen or anything."

"You know what I am still mad that you had a tattoo from me for like a month. Plus I'm jealous my parents would never let me get one." Rose says with a frown.

I laugh, and she looks at me confused. "My parents most definitely did not let m get this they still don't know and I have had it for about a month and a week."

"How can they not notice it takes up almost your whole arm!?" Rose exclaims.

"They just don't pay that much attention I guess. Or it could be the fact that I wear sweaters all the time. But I have to get to class love you girls."

Off to math class I go.

It is now lunch and Alex and I are on his motorcycle leaving school early because he wants to show me something and so we can go get some extra stuff for our costumes.

Once we stop at a red light I speak. "Where are we going?" I ask.

"We are going to a place I haven't been to in a long time and I feel like I should go with you rather than alone" He says and then we are off again with the wind blowing through my now wavy hair.

Once we finally come to a stop I notice that we are at a park. When Alex gets off the bike I decide not to question him, I just follow after him. We keep walking for a little bit until we reach the swings and we take a seat.

We sit in silence for a couple minutes until he speaks. "This is the last place she was before the whole accident happened. This was the last place she laughed, the last places she lives, the last place she breathed. I haven't had the courage to come here and face the music. Not until now, not until I met you."

"Me? Why me?" I ask in shock.

"You showed me that it is okay to open up and try new thing and to face the music of life. You telling me how you come face to face with your illness and that you overcame it, gave me the courage to come back here for my sister, for me."

I couldn't help it anymore I got up and I pulled him in a comfortable hug. I look up at him. "You know you are already one of the best things that has happens to me. I've broken out of my shell and I am become more of me rather than the image everyone wants to see." I say and then put my head back in his chest, smiling.

It is now 15 minutes until the party and we are at Alex's house. I am doing my make up while Alex is doing his hair. I finish my makeup and look at my hair. That's gonna suck to brush out.
