Confession

Chapter 2

After walking around and getting lost a few times we found the front office, he opened the door and gestured for me to walk in first. I just looked at him with a smile and I walked in , "Excuse me, we are looking for the principal?" A door at the far end of the room swung open and a tall man walked out and greeted us.

"Hello, you two must be the new transfer students? Welcome to Hilton High School." After he shook our hands he gestured for us to follow him to his office.

"Have a seat you two." We sat on the two old leather couches in front of his desk , "So you must be Lily Morgan and Yu Jae Lee?" In harmony we both said "Yes."

"Lily and ..." he seemed to stutter at his name. "You can call me Jae." , trying to help the principal out he made it easier for him to say his name , which if you ask me is quite easy to pronounce.
"Ah yes , sorry . Here are your classes and your locker numbers." We looked at the pieces of paper he handed to us ,then looked at each other's page and saw that our lockers were next to each other.

By the time we walked out the front office the second bell rang and we walked to English class together , most of our classes were together.

When we walked in class, the teacher was about to introduce us to the class. "So I would like to call up our two new students ... oh here they are, welcome . Class these are your new classmates, Lily and ... Yu Jae?" She said his name slowly to make sure she pronounced it properly.
"Yes, but call me Jae."
There were murmurs around the class with every girl whispering and looking at the cute new guy.

I'm pretty sure every girl in the class was hoping he'd sit next to them, but out of all the seats he could have sat in he chose to sit next to me.
