As the day went on I couldn't help but think about what happened at lunch. A part of me was thinking of ways to put that girl in her place and the other part was worried about what would happen the next time I encountered her.
After school I met up with Jae, it was a completely different atmosphere we actually spoke to each other and not that awkward "Hi"... "Hey" stuff. We actually had a full on conversation with each other, it felt as if we know each other a lot longer than a day.
When I got home I boringly did my homework and with a lot of free time after that, I jumped on the couch and watched TV. My parents came home later and my mom was too lazy to make dinner so we ended up ordering pizza.
We all sat on the couch together and then the question that every kid hated being asked came flying at me, "How was school today pumpkin?"
