Chapter 3

When I woke up the next morning, I went straight to put on my bikini and then down to the swimming pool. Once I got downstairs, I heard my mum talking to someone. Curious, I went to see who this person was and found my mother with a woman about her age and a tal guy next to her. The guy had his back to me so I didn't see his face.

I was about to head towards the pool when my mum seemed to have noticed me.

"Elena? Is that you? Come and meet our new neighbours!" This couldn't be happening to me, I couldn't be seen in only a bikini. Oh well, it was my mum who told me to go.

Once I reached the kitchen the misterious guy turned around. And oh my god why did this have to happen to me...

"Oh it's you!" Hunter exclaimed looking towards me. He started checking me out as I was in a bikini, and it was quite uncomfortable.

"Do you two know each other?" My mum asked pleased.

"Umm yeah.. we go to the same school.."

"Oh really? Well you are going to be seing each other very often then" The woman who I supposed was Hunter's mum said.

"What?" Hunter and I said at the same time.

"Well you see, we are getting to be good friends and we are planning on doing a trip together" My mum said.

"You two will have to stay together here or at Hunter's so you wont be alone." Hunter's mother added.

"Sorry Mrs Mathews but I think I can look after myself." I said to her. There was no way I was staying with Hunter in a same house.

"Oh come on Elena, we will have a great time together!" Hunter said joyfully.

Oh man, he was so freakin hot... CONCENTRATE ELENA!!!

"Ugggg, okay then, whatever. Im going for a swim." I replied in fustration.

I headed towards the pool, leaving my towel and shades on a hammock and dived into the water.

It felt cold at first but after a while swimming I got used to it.

"Hey gorgeous"

Oh come on, couldn't he leave me in peace?

"Did you want something Hunter?"

"Well since we are neighbours now, I thought we could spend some more time together." He said with a smirk on his face. His eyes looked black, I thought he had them blue... how strange...

"Yeah well, how is it that you moved into this neighbourhood now?" I asked curiously.

"Umm... I dunno, it was my parents who decided on moving here." He looked nervous. maybe he was hiding something?

"Oh okay" I quickly added and started exiting the pool.

While I did, I noticed Hunter's eyes on me. When I looked up he quickly looked away.

"I should go now, see you later." He said and went off.

Okay that was weird.

------HUNTER'S P.O.V.------

She was so beautiful.

It was so hard for me not to take her in my arms. But I knew I had to wait... She would freak out and run away from me.

But it was so damn hard, normaly I would just have to take her home with me and claim her, but instead, I moved over just next to her house so I could at leaste check up on her. I was glad my mum came up with the plan of the trip, that way I would spend some time alone with Elena and maybe then I could tell her about... well... the secret.
