LOKI'S P.O.V
As I walk back into my chambers I see Aria on the balcony staring into the distance she looks so beautiful, moonlight on her body and wind in her hair.
I can't let her love me, she can't love a monster.
I'll arrange another bed to be delivered to my room, as soon as we sort out this mess she'll go, I can't let her love me.
I open the door and ask the guards outside to have another bed to be delivered before the evening is over.
As I walk in Aria's looking at me. Smiling. I have to resist her, it's for her own good. I turn away.
"You okay" Aria asks concerned putting a hand on my shoulder. I shrug her off.
"What's wrong?" she questions
"Nothing" I say sharply
"Ok" Aria says confused "I'm gonna take a shower"
Then she walks off.
Oh gods I feel bad.
I can hear the shower turning on.
I sit on the bed for what feels about an hour but what was only a few minutes.
I'm startled by a knock at the door.
I open the door and I see my old friend Elena's little sister Bethany,she's a servant at the palace, she has dinner on a tray. I point to the table, as she's leaving I say
"Wait" she turns around
"Yes master" she looks confused
"What is your sister up to these days?"
"Not much master, the usual, she got a job at the...shall we say... oh I can't sugarcoat it, she's now a prostitute"
"Wow" I say "I can't say I'm surprised" I say amused, me and Elena were a bit more than friends and let me just say she must be getting paid a lot, I chuckle to myself.
"Could you tell her to meet me at the local bakery tomorrow at 1 o'clock, I give you permission to leave the palace as long as your back by morning" I say to her, I have a cunning plan to put Aria off me.
"Yes master, thank you, I'll pass on the message" then she leaves.
