LOKI'S P.O.V
"You asked to see me mother" I say as I walk into the library, mothers favourite place in all the palace
"Ahh Loki, my son" she beckons me over to where she was reading "come sit, I need to have an important conversation with you"
"Mother what's wrong?" I worry as is sit opposite her
"Nothing my son" she chuckles "why do you always assume the worst of our conversations"
I laugh.
"You need to be more optimistic Loki. I want to talk to you about Lady Aria"
"Mother please-"
She cuts me off "Loki listen to your mother"
"Sorry" I reply sheepishly, if anyone can tell me off it's mother, she just has this way with me.
"Loki" Frigga sighs then smiles lovingly at me "I can feel the love which you have for Aria, it radiates off you, I've never known you to feel this way, Elena is nice enough but you didn't love her, not like you love Aria"
"Mother, I love her dearly, but the way I've treated her the love is probably unrequited" I look down at the ground sadly
"My dear son, the love you have for Aria is returned, you can't let her go, she is you're soulmate, there is no other like her"
"Oh mother really?!" I exclaim joyously
"Now off you run, I have to finish my book and it seems as if Lady Aria has some news for you" she smiles knowingly
"See you later mother" I wave and leave the room.
Before I go to Aria I run to the stables and get on Meistari and ride into the forest.
The wind is blowing through my hair, I finally reach my destination.
I dismount Meistari and walk towards the waterfall I take a deep breath.
"Waterfall, how much does Aria love me?"
The wispy voice replies "she loves you as long as the sky goes on, she loves you more than anything in all the nine realms".
I'm so relieved, I get on my horse and gallop of to see my love.

I nod to the guard and walk in. I find Aria sitting on the bed, eyes red and swollen.
"Alright Loki?" she asks
ARIA'S P.O.V
"Darling what's happened?" Loki comes over concerned
He sits next to me "nothing's wrong" I sniff from me crying before
"What's happened?" he asks
"I'm pregnant" after I say it it feels as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders, I'm relieved.

Loki is silent for a minute or two.
"Really?!" he exclaims sounding exited
"I'm definitely pregnant" I smile "I took like a million tests and I saw the healers while you were out, I'm about three weeks"
"Darling, that's fantastic!" he lifts we up and whirls me around the room.
He puts me down on the bed, steadying both of us because of the dizziness.
"Do you want to know the sex of the baby?" he asks me
"Yes I'd love to, but if you don't -"
"I'd love to find out" he grins, he means back onto the pillows, I do the same and fall into his armpit.
We both sigh.
"Let's talk about names" I suggest
"I like Alana for a girl" I say hopeful
"That's beautiful, what about Luka for a boy?" Loki puts forward.
We spend roughly twenty minutes talking about names, but Alana and Luka are the clear choices.
I can feel Loki drift off, and my eyelids are feeling heavy. I wish I could freeze this moment, forever. Perfect.
