Zanes Pov:

I look at y/n while she was freaking out and i hug  her

"Its going to be ok.." i tell her 

"how do you know that" she says and she looks me straight in the eyes

"Because.. Ill protect you" i say and hug her again

"w-what if you cant..." she stutters

"what do you mean?" i ask her confused

"n-no reason but im still running away from home.." she says quietly 

"You can live with my family" 

she looks at me and back at the ground 

"n-no its ok but thanks for offering," she stutters and the doctor comes in with her father and she looks up at him eyes filled fear 

"h-h-hello father" she stutters and looks at him 

"Hello y/n" the man says not even looking at her and ivy walks in right behind him and she walks over to y/n pushing me away from her 

"Ugh your so dead when we get home! i thought dad told you not to go to the hospital even if you were bleeding to death! if you died it would make everyone happy!" ivy whispered to y/n but i heard

"I know ivy, i didnt want to be brought here ok." y/n says back staring at the ground 

"Ivy i think you should step away from y/n now" i say standing up

"Uh why would you care, oh your the one who kissed her and brought her here arent you" as soon as she says that she slaps me "You should of let her die!" ivy hisses at me

"Y/n your free to go home now" the doctor says

"o-ok"  y/n says and she steps of the hospital bed,

i growl at ivy and walk over to y/n "y/n want me to come with you," i look at ivy "so nothing bad happens"

"su-" y/n was about to say sure but her dad cut her off

"No the wont be necessary, Ill make sure nothing bad happens to her" the man says as the doctor was looking at us

"Um mr. L/n how did she get all those brusies and she has a broken rib how did that happen?" the doctor says looking at y/n

Her father was about to speak but i cut them off "BECAUSE THEY ABUSE Y/N!" i yell "Ugh you liar" Ivy says and slaps me 

"Ow.. and no im not a liar YOU HIT,KICK,STARVE, AND MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY ABUSE HER" i yell at the top of my lungs

and y/n stares at me with scared eyes 

the doctor walks over to y/n "Your father said you fell down the stairs before he came here but now since this boy is telling me this..." the doctor says  "I knew something bad was happening with all the old bruises but i didnt want to believe it," the doctor says walking away from y/n and calls someone and it was the cops

"ugh you idiot!" she says and slaps y/n 

"Ugh shut it ivy im done with your shit!" y/n snarls and im startled since she normally says sorry to her

"What did you just say to me you brat?" ivy asks mad

"I SAID IM THROUGH WITH YOUR SHIT! AND YOURS TO"  she yells pointing to her dad

"EVER SINCE MOM LEFT YOU HAVE ABUSED ME AND IM SICK OF IT!" she yells

"oh you are so dead" ivy says and punches her in the face and y/n stumbles back

"Ivy calm down," the man says

"really now you care about this poor excuse of life" ivy says to the man

y/n looks at both of them 

"you hate me so much then im leaving which i was planning to do before i was brought here!" she says and runs out of the hospital room

"Y/N!" i yell and im about to go run after her but the doctor tells me not to

"the cops are outside to arrest these to, they will help y/n but i suggest you leave y/n alone for a while she needs to go get therapy physically and mentally" the doctor say sadly

"Why does she need it mentally" i ask

"She has depression, Very badly and she needs physical therapy because what her family did to her ok"  the doctor says 

"When can i see her?"  i ask worried

"In a few months she will be put in a foster home until she gets adopted ok"

my eyes widen i need to protect her but i cant im the reason her biggest fear is real.. she has to act normal.. before she hid it but she didnt that much since she was already hated, but now shes going to a foster home the thing she told me she never  wanted to go to, and im the reason shes going 

as im thinking i see aph hug me

"Zane, Y/n will be ok. the only thing we can do right now is support her.." aph says sad

"Y-yeah your right" we walk outside to see y/n talking to a cop

and two cops walking her dad out and ivy

i walk over to y/n who was being asked questions

"y-y/n do you know when we can see you again?" i say and i feel tears coming to my eyes because i could see all of her bruises and cuts as clear as day since she was only wearing a short sleeve shirt and shorts

"In four month i have to go to a stupid foster care program and therapy," 

"Well ill text you every day and wright you letters" i say and she smiles 
"ok, and thanks zane" she says smiling 

"Thanks for what?" i ask

"for being my friend. you and aph are the only people who ever cared about me" 

"y/n.." i say quietly

"Mrs. Romeave, can you please talk to her quick we need to go, she needs to go get her papers in for the Foster Parent program" the cop says to

me 

"bye zane, and tell aph i said bye since she left already" she says and i grab her hand and kiss her
