Tiffany's POV

"Class of 20--" the principal started to speak but I zoned out. Today was the last day I come to Hollywood High as a student. Everything passed by so quickly. It started to feel like a dream when Dean and I started dating. He's really sweet about everything.

Names were started to be called. "Brad Ricci - Sarah Miller - Timmy Fisher - Freema Loeral --" more were listed as the first set of seniors walk across the stage.

Next homeroom.

"Shawn Mendes. Zac Therhuff. Veronica Kello.--" More are called as the three grab their diplomas.

Next.

"Steph Loubreg, Philp King, Sara McGrethy, Mickey Douglas, Tiffany Brook--" More names are called as my ex-friends and I make it up to the stage.

It was my turn to walk across now. I force a smile, shook the teachers' hand and continued to walk across the stage with my diploma. The last person handed me a white rose to give to my parents.

I quickly spotted them and headed towards them. Once I got there, I gave Mom the rose and hugged both of my parents.

-----

"Congratulations, graduates! May your future be blessed." The principal waves at us. The crowd breaks into cheer and loud clapping.

---

"Okay, when I say three: toss your hats up." The photographer instructed. "One, two- THREE!"

The hats are tossed up and everyone cheers.

"Party at my place!" Steph hollers. Clusters of students cheered.

Shawn and Zac comes over to me. It still felt awkward be around them. "Hey, wanna come over to my place tonight?"

"I-I- I don't know." I place a lose strand of hair behind my ear.

"Please." Shawn looked like he was literally going to die if I didn't go.

"Sure. I'll go." I sighed, putting everything what happened between us behind me. I'm ready to start fresh with Shawn and Zac.

"Why are you guys talking to my girlfriend?" Dean walked up, his eyes narrowed in an ice cold glare.

"Because she's human and not your property." Shawn glares back. Dean rolls his eyes.

"Come on, babe. Let's go." Dean wiggles his finger at me, beckoning for me to come.

"No, I'm going to hang out with Shawn and Zac. You're welcome to tag along if you like." Dean was acting a bit odd.

"Fine.Where are we going? And when?" Dean takes a breath and he seemed to clam down.

"Ah, well at my place - I'll text you the address; I got a new phone with a new number because my old one got leaked. And it would be around seven when the party starts." Shawn rubs his chin.

"Oh, I heard about that." I nodded my head. "I'm glad I'm that  famous."

Shawn chuckles at my comment.

"Okay," Dean turns to me. "I'm going to get the truck." He pecks my cheek and leaves.

When Dean was out of earshot, Shawn and Zac sighed and rolled their eyes. "Seriously? Him?" Zac crossed his arms.

"Yeah. He was the only one there when I needed someone." I defended my boyfriend. "Anyways, Mendes, I need your phone number."

"Okay." He gives me his number and texted the address right away.
---

"So, you hungry?" Dean asked as I closed my door.

"Yeah, starving." I buckle up. "Um, Dean?"

"Yeah?" We wait for the line of cars to go forward.

"Um, could you not be that type of boyfriend - that - uh - is like all 'don't talk to my girlfriend!' Cause, I hate those types of boyfriends."

"Sorry, it's just - those guys completely ignored you when Veronica was bullying you." The line moves forward a couple of cars. "I felt like they would- I don't know - some how hurt you."

"It's okay." I rub his muscular arms. "I already put that stuff behind me. If I hadn't, then what's the point of - of - anything? The best thing I could do for Shawn and Zac is to forgive and forget." I sighed. "They must have a reason for ignoring me."

"Yeah, I see your point. I'm sorry about that... phase." He clenches his jaw. "I guess I could be - protective."

"It's fine honey, just don't do it again. Please. For me." I peck his cheek and the line allowed us to get on the road.

"So, how about Mendes party? You pumped? Cause I know I am. We could become friends and stuff."

"Yeah. I'm hyped up!Woo!"

"Woo!"

"Woo!"

"Woo!"

---

The Ground's Cafe was surprisingly wasn't that packed. We got a booth and ordered hamburgers with Pepsi.

"So, when's your graduation thing, Dean?"

Dean jokingly rolled his eyes. "I told you already. You're just asking me again because you graduate a week earlier than me."

I couldn't help but to let out a giggle, which is something I rarely do.

"So, how are you going to be dressing up tonight?" Dean sips at his beverage.

"I'm not telling." I snap my fingers. Because I have no clue.

"Oh come on-" Dean started to complain, but I gave him a look that could kill a fly. "Ok, it must be amazing."

"Yep, it is." I mentally search my closet for the perfect outfit. The food arrived before I could "find" it.

I take a bite into my hamburger. Flavor exploded at once. The spice was just right; mixed with ketchup, mustard, and pickles, made it all the more delicious.

"Man, you sure are hungry." Dean licks his lips from the remains of his first bite.

"Hey, you will be too. Next week, trust me." I take a swig of Pepsi and continued to eat my burger.
