"You look good, we look good. Let's go show them what we're all about. Okay ?" I nodded as I fixed my suit and ran my hand over my hair.

"Yeah even though we made you change last minute this looks way better on you honestly." Aaliyah said as she looked at my suit.

"Well it's not my fault the stylist didn't bring me the suit I chose I still like it not going to lie at least it's still navy blue in a way." I shrugged as I looked at all of us.

"Don't worry just stand by Aaliyah and just smile and pose okay don't answer what they throw at you." I nodded as I took in the words my brother was saying.

"Alright I got this let's go I'll get even more nervous if i just stall. I'm ready." I said as they opened the door to the black escalade.

I got out as I got down and put my hand out for Aaliyah to come down. She got down and interlaced our hands as we walked towards the blue carpet.

"Shawn who's the boy ?"

"Shawn who's this ?"

"Secret brother Shawn ?"

I heard all of these questions and more as I walked past a lot of paparazzi. We finally got to te press section and the blue carpet to take pictures.

"Alright just smile alright and do some little poses if you can. So the photos look different." Shawn said into my ear as I nodded and stood up straight and put on my best smile.

How does he do this as a living ?

"So Shawn I think you know what's been circulating around the media and now that you're here can you care to speak out ?" A interviewer was asking my brother as I stood on his far right.

"Uhh yeah of course. My brother is what I absolutely know that's been circulating. Umm well yeah I have a twin brother who's right over here - hey Y/n come over here !" Shawn called me over from the interview as I walked over with Aaliyah.

"Okay so this is my twin brother Y/n Preston Raul Mendes. Haha I um well back around 12 years ago he was kidnaped and we all thought he was gone for good after year of no news. And just a couple days ago he escaped and made his way to the police station." He said as he patted my back and smiled at me. I looked at him and brought him close.

"I know it sounds so vague and such a bad explanation but I swear there's more to it. We're just in a tight schedule and it's something pretty personal to us." Shawn explained as I nodded my head agreeing with him.

"No we totally understand. So Y/n how did you take the news when you found out who your brother was or what was your reaction when you listened to his music ?" She asked me as I laughed a little remembering when I first sang his song.

"Actually I sang his song not even knowing it was his. I really love his music honestly it has so much emotion and it's so raw. I love his career but I don't think I could do what he's doing it's hard it's not easy but it pays off." I explained as she nodded her head as I kept talking.

"Art, music, tattoos would you ever think of getting one like your brother ?" I raised my eyebrow and turned to him.

"You have a tattoo?" I said as he nodded and raised one of his sleeves. They were all beautiful honestly it was so him and I could tell real quick.

"Wow they're really beautiful. I-I maybe , maybe I will different of course but yeah I like the idea of it." I said as I looked back at Aaliyah who was smiling at us.

"Well that's all the time we have today , nice to meet you Y/n nice seeing you Aaliyah and Shawn." She said as I shook her hand and walked out with my siblings.
