An ever-present darkness hung over the desolate, damned land of Nod, thunder cracked in the black sky above. A young man clad in leather and spikes lugged his enervate body up a flight of stairs that went up a gargantuan tower. He had been out many months, salvaging food, and other goods he could find. It wasn't much to last through a month, but it was more than what he thought he ever find.

"Jessica, I have returned to you my dear. I found as much as I could and took all I could take." the man greeted, entering the opening. He pulled back a large curtain, walking through he noticed a huge aperture in the ceiling of the tower. The man sighed as he knew he'd have to fix that before winter came around the corner.

In the center of the room, there was a giant bed with red bed sheets and covers. The bed was beginning to rot and smell of something the most foul; his goblin green eyes twitching from the pugnacious miasma. He tried to step closer, but was attacked by the stench.

"BRING IT TO ME." a voice vociferated, high in the giant red bed. The creaking of the bed was piercing causing the young man to double over with an agonizing headache.

"Yes, I'm coming just give me a moment, dear." he gagged, as he made his way over to the bed, plugging his nose with the sleeve of his jacket.

He carried two large sacks over his shoulders and another dragged on the aged marbled floor; sweat drained from his every pore as hauled his possessions with him. He was only twenty six yet he felt like he had aged all the way to sixty. Adventuring wasn't an easy task, but when you have a giant as a lover you can't really expect her to do much.

Jessica the giant lover bent over in her bed and stared at the tiny man; he lifted the sacks of goods to her and she yanked them from him. The adventuring man paid no mind as the material goods meant nothing to him; he took in a sour breath and sat down at the edge of the bed.

"Enjoy Jessica. That's all I could find. There aren't many places that have food around here and it's miracle to even find something anymore. So spare it as long as you can." he forewarned, removing his spectacles from his face and wiping the sweat from his forehead.

The giant searched through the bags and ate the food; she was lifting the bags up and chowing the food down like nothing. He was disgusted by her repulsive actions and removed himself from the bed. Gluttonously shoving the three bags down her monstrous mouth; she didn't heed his warning as she finished the last of the bags.

"Where's the rest, Halford?" she burped, throwing the sacks to the floor.

Halford, the young man stared up at the huge woman; he shook his head in disbelief. He hoped she was only joking, but she rarely joke around him. He knew he had something coming for him.

"That was everything, Jessica. Did you listen to me when I told you to spare the food?" he scoffed, removing his leather jacket throwing it over his shoulder.

An arm came down on Halford as he was scolding the giant; she squeezed him tightly as she brought him to her malodorous, grisly face. How could he have loved her many months ago? This woman wasn't only ugly, but she had a no soul. Never grateful for what she was given and never showed him any love or kindness.

"How dare you not bring enough? You knew this wasn't going to be enough for a woman like me." she growled, continuing to squeeze the life out of him.

The wicked Halford's face turned blue as he tried to gasp for air. He pulled and tugged at the giant's hand, but nothing helped him. His eyes squinted at her as he shoved his hand into the belt of his jeans; he pulled free his Extinction Sword his father gave him years ago. Angrily he pierced Jessica's arm with it with the hope of her letting him go.

He was right, Jessica swiftly released him. She took a hold of her arm, sucking the blood from the wound. Halford glared at the towering beast, slipping his sword back into its sheath.

"I know I'm an asshole, but that doesn't mean you should go grabbing at me like that. You really could have killed me, Jessica. Even giant bitches can go down too, they just fall harder." he declared, laughing maniacally up at her.

Powered by full rage, Jessica stretched her arm down and snatched him up while he wasn't paying attention. He should've known not to turn his back to Jessica, she was one scary giant. Making her mad was like causing another war. She eyed the entrance of her tower and aimed for it. Halford sucked in a deep breath as he knew what was next.

"I'm dumping you, Halford. We really weren't meant to be." she hissed, giving him one large conceited smile as she launched him out of the tall building.

Tumbling at full force down the stairs, he educed that he had royally wrecked his life up. He regretted ever meeting Jessica in the first place. His mother told him she wasn't the right woman for him and she was absolutely a hundred percent right. Now he had to make the excursion back to his mother's home, only a few hours and he could say how ashamed for the way he had acted.
