Congrats you actually made it this far.

Vera's POV: I wake up with a jolt for the second time today,but the time I'm in a unfamiliar and overly white room. All I can think about is how that scream sounded like mom and that I need to get back to her. I look to my left and see a white wall. I look to my right and see Ace asleep in a chair. How long have I been out for? As I start to move a beeping sound goes off because the IV in my arm was being taken out. And thanks to werewolf hearing it woke him up with a worried look. When his eyes meet my I look away and start to speak. " W...where am I." He thought for a moment then said "my house for me and the pack"."When can I go home"I asked. His eyes flashed a different color and then he said" I just used an effect that will make you tell the truth.So now your going to answer all of my questions truthfully and if you don't your eyes will turn from your original color to gold.Okay?" I could only nod. I was to worried he was going to figure something out and kill me."Who was the guy who attacked you" N..Nick he's my b... boyfriend". "Why did he attack you?" "B... because I'm a w...wh...whore." I said as I hung my head low. " Don't lie why'd did he really attack you?" " Because I...I..took more than five minutes to get ready?" I said more like asked.He nodded and continued on " Are you a rogue and if you are what pack are you from" "Yes I'm a rogue but I've never belonged to a pack and can't you tell I'm a rogue from my scent." " No you don't have a scent and how did you not belong to a pack?" I gulped only my mate can't smell my scent and I looked up at him in fear. " I...I was a human, but I pissed off a powerful witch and so now I'm a werewolf and....and." He looked at me as if saying to continue. "And she made it to wear my mate won't be able to find my scent until I tell him why he can't smell my scent ...which means your....your my m...mate.

Ace's POV:

I can't believe her boyfriend would hit her and call her a whore just for not being ready in five minutes. It's strange that I feel the need to be protective and possessive over her too.

...your.. your....my..m...mate. Right after those words flew out of her mouth my wolf was jumping for joy and I couldn't help but smile. My wolf Zach was so excited until we saw how scared she looked and that she feared us. That made us feel bad that our mate was treated like that. Right before we could bring her into a hug she bolted like she was running for her life. I ran after and banged on her door trying to talk to her but she wouldn't come to the door. Then I remembered that her room was up stairs and I saw a light flick on through one of the windows. So I started to climb up a tree that was in the perfect place directly to her open window. As I peered inside I saw her leaning against the door crying so I quietly climbed inside without making a noise and picked her up she started to freak out but thank the moongodess for the effects of the mate bond that my touch caused her to relax. And throughout the rest of the night she snuggled my arms which was amazing.
