The fucking Governor. I reached for my gun but he advanced at Hershel. He looked at me and shook his head. Hershel had placed his gun down and looked over at me. He gave me a nod and I too put my gun down with my hands raised.

"I don't want to hurt any of you," he said.

"Well that's a load of bullshit," I said.

"You don't have to believe me if you don't want to. Come with me voluntarily and you won't be hurt," he said.

"Well it's not really voluntarily when you're pointing a gun at us now is it?" I retorted.

"Amelia, please," Hershel said.

I looked over at him. He was pleading with me. He was the moral compass of the group. He was always trying to steer us to the right path. I had to listen to what he was saying. I nodded and remained silent.

"Stand still please," he told us while he pulled out some rope from the back seat of the Jeep.

He tied Hershel's hands together then mine. Michonne was lying on the ground unconscious. He tied her hands together as well.

"Don't hurt her," I said when I noticed he was tying her hands tighter than Hershel's and mine.

"Like I said, I don't want to hurt any of you," he said.

"Then loosen the rope. I can see from here that you tied her up tighter than necessary," I said my voice raising.

He looked at me and I gave him an intense stare.

"Fine," he said loosening the rope very slightly.

"Now, if you'll move forward. I'll show you to my camp," he said.

He picked up Michonne and placed her over his shoulder. He led us deeper into the woods. At one point, he stopped and placed Michonne down. She regained consciousness at that moment. She reached for the Governor. He pointed his gun at me.

"Don't," he said simply.

"Get up," he continued.

She got up and he made us continue walking. We eventually came to a trailer and he told us to go in.

"I'll be back. There will be someone guarding the place so don't try anything," he said.

He took off.

"We gotta get out of here," I said.

"We don't have our weapons. It's safer to just sit tight," Hershel said.

"We can't, Hershel. He'll kill us," I said.

I looked over at Michonne.

"That bastard really nicked you didn't he?" I asked her.

"I'm gonna kill him," she said.

"Both of you. Please," Hershel began.

I looked for something I could use to cut the rope. We were in there for a few minutes before the door opened and a man walked in. I sat back down.

"Brian said there were two women here. Had to check for myself," he said.

His eyes went from Michonne then to me. He sat across from us.

"You two are some pretty looking things," he continued.

"Don't get any ideas you sick perv," I said.

He smiled at me. He got closer and looked me up and down. He placed a hand on my shoulder.

"You better get your hand off of me if you know what's good for you, asshole," I said.
