"why do you have my last name? Who are you?" Ethan attacked the lady with questions.
"what is your name?" She asked calmly. "Ethan grant Dolan" he said and looked at her strangely. "Do you have a twin?" The lady asked in almost a squeak.

"Yes his name is Grayson Dolan" ethan responded hesitantly and The lady gasped. "Oh my god!" She exclaimed. "M-mom" he choked out and she nodded with tears in her eyes.

"You left me after 21 years then you decide to show up when my life is falling apart? You've got great fucking timing" he snapped at his mother who frowned. "I'm sorry" she said and he scoffed.

"Because of you my girlfriend is in the hospital! She attempted suicide because she doesn't love me anymore. I'm a fucking monster, a murde-" ethan stopped, realizing what he just said and he covered is mouth.

"I'm sorry" Lisa said again but ethan pushed her out the way when he saw josh coming out of a room , crying.

"Where is she?" Ethan asked and josh pointed to somewhere behind him, he didn't even look back because he'd lost hope.

Ethan ran into the room and immediately dropped to his knees when he saw her body.

She laid peacefully, her eyes closed, her arms blood stained and bandaged. This was a whole different type of guilt he felt.

Y/n may have sensed his presence because her heart rate started decreasing.

"Look what I've done to you" he sighed as tears rolled down his cheeks. "I destroyed your living, I took everything away from you, I ruined you and I couldn't make you happy" He choked out.

"I should've never laid a finger on you . I should've left you with Alex. I should be in this position not you, I'm sorry. Please let me tell you I love you again, please give me a chance , let be the ethan that you feel in love with , let me be the ethan I was before I lost myself and got scared of losing you. Please open your eyes and smile for me" ethan begged and her heart rate dropped again.

Ethan was spiling nonsense

He couldn't be the same Ethan she fell I love with because he's the same jealous and vindictive bitch.

This time the heart rate monitor was beeping and nurses came in rushing.

"Ethan you need to leave" his mother told him. "What's going on?" He asked in fear. "Her heart is starting to stop beat" Lisa deadpanned

Ethan felt paralyzed. Everything around him was on mute and he couldn't move from his position.

The Security guards came into the room and started dragging him, bringing him back to his senses.

"She can't leave me like this!" He shouted hopelessly.
