Once Upon a Time on the island called Dragon's Edge. It had been a few weeks since Viggo Grimborn accidentally threw himself into a volcano. Everyone was enjoying the freedom except a certain couple.
Hiccup has been planning to build another dragon eye and has become obsessed with it. Astrid hasn't seen Hiccup in days and feels ignored and neglected by her beloved. She doesn't understand why he isn't enjoying the freedom. Fishlegs is enjoying his "spa", the twins are enjoying their boar pit and Snotlout- well let's just say Snotlout is being Snotlout.
So here she is in front of his hut on the edge about to confront him about why he's been ignoring her except a simple greeting or kiss on the cheek.
"Hiccup?"
No answer
" HICCUP!"
Still no answer
"HICCUP HORRENDOUS HADDOCK THE THIRD ANSWER ME RIGHT NOW!"
" Hey Astrid what are you doing here?" He asked. " Why have you been ignoring me?!" She screamed. " I haven't been ignoring you." He stated. " Oh yes you have! I haven't seen you in days except for the occasional 'hey' or kiss on the cheek!" She argued.
" I've been busy!" He yelled. " With what?!" She asked. " It's not your business! It's mine!" He yelled back." A-are you c-cheating on me?" She asked. " OF COURSE NOT! Look Astrid, I have to do this." He said." No, you don't, at least not alone at least let me help." She said." I DONT NEED YOUR HELP! I DONT NEED ANYONES HELP! GET OUT!" He yelled.
She flinched for the first time in her life. His hand was up, he looked like he would slap her. She's never seen him like this before and she's never been afraid of him before.
She ran out of his hut in tears and fear. She hopped on Stormfly and they went flying away from the edge so Astrid could calm down.
Meanwhile Hiccup punched a wall in frustration and than he realized what he had said and who he said it to. But it was too late he knew as he saw her fly off.
Astrid was just flying she didn't know where she was going but she didn't care. She just had to get away from HIM! As she flew she was shot down from the sky but she was able to get Stormfly to safety.
" GO STORMFLY GO!" She ordered as Stormfly flew off for help.
