Hiccup was playing maces and talons with Fishlegs while Ruffnut started ranting at him. " What were you thinking?!" She yelled." I wasn't." He replied. Fishlegs took one of his pieces." You lost a chiefess Hiccup." He declared. " THATS TWICE IN ONE DAY!" Hiccup yelled in frustration.( and guilt)(you know because they are betrothed and she like rules the edge with him)
" SQWAK!" Stormfly....
" Stormfly?" Hiccup asked and than he ran outside and once he calmed her down he asked her what was wrong. " What's wrong girl? Where's Astrid?!" He asked frantically. Hiccup noticed something in Stormfly's mouth.
"What do you have there girl?" He asked. She dropped it revealing betrothal necklace. " No...." Hiccup breathed.
" ASTRID!" He cried in despair.
With Astrid she was currently on an unknown island. She just woke up and realized she was a SWAN!
" Ah I see you're awake Astrid."
She stiffened. She knew that voice.
"Viggo" she breathed.
" Don't let my little spell I got from a nice witch make you sad Astrid, as soon as the moon comes up-" he trailed off.
She looked up just as the moon transformed her back into a human girl.
" and that's how it works every day. Look this doesn't give me any pleasure to result to this but you see I must outplay Hiccup and the best way is take the woman he loves away from him." He explained.
" He won't fall for it! He's too smart!" She screamed and than tried running but stopped when Viggo told her something heartbreaking.
" Where you going Astrid? Don't you know once the sun comes up you'll turn back into a swan? You can only turn into a human girl again only on this lake." He. Said.
She collapsed on her knees in despair. She never should have left the edge.
