"Fujii..." Watanabe mumbled to herself. She stood up and walked up to her as I continued to sit on the ground, "Look, Fujii, I'm very sorry fo-"

Fujii instantly stopped Watanabe in what she was saying, by hugging her. Watanabe and I were both shocked.

"Why are you apologizing?" Fujii asked, continuing to embrace her, "You did nothing wrong. I should be apologizing. I should have given you the benefit of the doubt. I'm sorry."

Watanabe seemed hesitant, but after a minute she patted her back, "Hey, come on now. Don't be like that. It wasn't your fault."

Fujii let go of her and bowed. Then she faced me, "The council needs you back at the hotel. Think you can make it?"

I nodded, "Probably."

I stood up and turned to Watanabe, "You think you can hold up on your own?"

She nodded, "I'll hang out with Takeshi for a bit while you guys do what you need to do."

"Yeah," I replied, "I'll see you later Watanabe."

I waved to her and walked with Fujii to the meeting.

《Time Skip》

"Alright everyone, that's a wrap."

Everyone rised up from their seat in sync. I turned to Fujii, who is across from me and walked up to her, "Should we meet up with the others?"

She nodded, "Yeah, let's go." She walked passed me, heading out the room.

Cold... However, it was different. Her words seem, distant and sad. Fujii...

I wasn't sure what to tell her, all I did was simply follow her to meet the Watanabe and Takeshi.

A few minutes later, we were near the table they were sitting in, close enough to see them in a conversation. I wonder what they're talking about.

I continued to walk forward, however, I was stopped by an arm in front of me.

"Fujii?" I said, she turned her head away from me.

"Look," Fujii started, with a harsh tone, "Listen up, because I'm only saying this once."

I looked at her, shocked, as she kept talking, "...I want to thank both you and Watanabe, and I'm also sorry I didn't believed what you said...and I'm sorry I treated Watanabe that way. I never should have."

I stared at her, unsure of what to say. She dropped her arm down and continued to walk forward, "Also...thank you for letting me be apart of the group. I appreciate it more than you think."

Immediately after she said that, I smiled, "Of course. We appreciate you being with us more than you think."

She turned her head, it had such a dumbfounded face. I laughed, "Your apart of our team now, of course we would appreciate you. Now you should probably say sorry to Watanabe too. It would make her day."

She stood there, hesitant, but she nodded after a moment. We walked to the table the two were sitting at, and they looked like they were in a deep conversation, but it already sounded like it was almost over.

"Does Prez know?" Watanabe asked.

He nodded, "Of course, He's my childhood and best friend, and he's not that type of person."
