The Mizu Tora No Mi

"The next island is gonna be awhile, so we might as well get ourselves comfortable." Nami states checking her map.
"Thats too bad! We should pass the time with some meat!" Luffy exclaims, drool dripping from his mouth.
"We just ate damn it. Dont get too ahead of yourself!" Seethed Sanji, un phased by his attempts to devour more food.
"Aww. You're no fun Sanji." Luffy pouts.
"I know! Why dont we get to learn more about our new nakama!" Chopper and Ussop suggest in unison.
"Thats not a bad idea, considering she is sailing with us." Robin inputs, setting her book down in interest.
"Yeah! Thats a great idea! Name-chan Name-chan!! Tell us about you!" Luffy shouts, excited.
"Huh? Me?" You murmur, clearly not paying attention to their conversation.
"Who the hell else would we be talking about." Zoro demands, just waking from his nap.
"Dont be so mean to poor name-swaaan! Damn marimo." Sanji interjects, kicking Zoro on the head.
"What hell is your problem stupid love cook!" Zoro counters, lifting Sanji's  leg off of his head in seething rage.
"Would you two stop your bickering!?!" Nami says, smacking them both upside the head.Zoro just turns his head while Sanji spews nonsense about the goddess Nami touching him, or something of the sort.
"Hey! Who ever said anything about her being your nakama!"
"Yeah, name-san is gonna be apart of our crew!"Sachi and Penguin shout.
"huh? You guys are still here?" Luffy questions, confusion clouding his thoughts.
"So mean! We were here the whole time!" The duo yell, crying crocodile tears.
"So anyways, what's your ability name Chan!? Are you a devil fruit user? You were so cool! The water was a big dragon crashing into all the marines in one go!" Luffy suddenly asked, turning to you with big sparkles in his eyes.
"Hey! Dont ignore us!" Sachi and penguin continue.
"Yeah I'm interested as well! I've never seen that kind of move before." Nami inquired.
"I think its safe to say we're all a little intrigued" Robin states.
"I'd also like to know what your relation to Eustass is." A familiar dark sounding voice echoed behind you. Law was now on the edge of the ship's deck, leaning against a sleeping Bepo.
"Well, if you guys really wanna know.." You start, not really wanting to have to explain yourself. Everyone was silent, staring at you intently as if indicating you to continue. *sigh*
"Okay I'll tell you but all questions are to be saved til the end, is that clear?" Seeing how easily sidetracked they got, it was best if you weren't interrupted. After receiving a nod from each of them you thought it best to start your explanation.
"Well. As for my relations with kid, he's my cousin. We aren't related by blood, but as the saying goes, the blood of the covenant is thicker than the waters of the womb. We grew up together so naturally we have an unspoken bond to be there for each other, even if we dont fully agree with one another. And he just so happened to be on the same island as us and helped us get away."
"Wait! Then why did you call smoker smokey?" Luffy questions with his hand up.
"She told us not to question till after! Listen Luffy!" Nami states, smacking him on the head.
"Gomeinasai" Luffy pouts.
".... Anyways, I call him that because it pisses him off. If anything he's actually my uncle."
"Whaaaaat!" Everyone shouts in unison.
" Yeah, were blood related but he's upset that I didnt become a marine. Its just a phase though, we're usually pretty chill."
That isn't very easy to imagine the people of the ship thought.
"What about your devil fruit! Tell us tell us!" Luffy exclaimed impatient.
"Okay okay. I'm on it. I ate the mizu tora no mi."
"I've heard of that devil fruit. Its apparently very powerful but also deadly to the user. The users body becomes completely turned into water, voiding any physical attacks but can be injured from electricity. Its also a zoan devil fruit, allowingthe user  to turn into just what it says, the water tiger devil fruit." Sanji clarifies, lighting his cigarate.
" Well your not wrong about that. My power also lets me control water as well as feel the vibrations of incoming ships or marine life. But, using salt water is very dangerous as if any of the water I'm using touches me, I could die." the room becomes tense after hearing the information.
" because my body is made of fresh water, I'm unaffected right now, as well as any other fresh water I touch. But as soon as salt water enters my system, if I dont get it out of my body soon enough, the salt will spread and eventually reach my heart, which acts as a filter, contaminatimg my whole being."
"And because the salt water drains energy from all devil type users, if you don't act fast enough.." Nami struggles to finish.
"I'll die." You state. Answering the dreadful statement that made everyone on edge.
" Then we'll just have to protect you!" Luffy Declares triumply, breaking the cold tension with his bright enthusiasm. "You're our nakama! And we stand by everyone who's apart of our team! Thats a promise!" Luffy shouts energetically. Everyone smiling and nodding in approval of their captain's words.
"Luffy. You guys. " you start, wiping the few drops that fell from your eyes. " thank you." Everyone just smiled in return.
"Does that mean I can punch right through you?!" Luffy asked, breaking the serenity, as he punched a hole in your abdomine. Your body just filled back with water and dialed back to the tone of your skin. A tick mark appeared on your forehead.
"Damn you Luffy! What the hell was that for! " you shouted chasing after the rubber boy.
"Sorry! Sorry!" Luffy yells, running away from your rampaging form.
" Heh. Thats Luffy for you." Robin observes.
"Yeah. And after he said all those cool words too." Nami inputs, sitting besides Robin.

"Heh. So thats the infamous water mage Y/n-ya. Interesting."
"A scheming mysterious man states in the shadows of the boat. Observing the scene in front of him."
"Sachi-ya, Penguin-ya. ROOM"
"Were sorry captain! Please forgive us!"

Mom, it seems I've met a strange group of people who've kidnapped me out to sea. But something tells me they aren't as bad as I thought. Dont worry. I'll save our dream.
