Cousins!?

"Ehhh!? What's a water mage?" Luffy asked.

"Heh. Nows not really the best time to answer that." Y/n replied trying to avoid a fight with the admiral." listen, as much as I would love to stay and chat, I really should get going. No way around the clock right?"

"Hah! You really think I'm gonna let the straw hats, the heart pirates, and you go on your merry way. Well think again because I have been trying to catch you guys for quite awhile now and I'm getting pretty fed up with this little game ya got going. So here's how its gonna go. Either you guys are gonna give yourselves up quietly and come with me, or I'm gonna have to beat some sense into you. I'd much rather prefer the former, but it'd your choice. Give yourselves up you filthy pirate scum!" Smoker yelled, throwing a cloudy fist towards you.

"Smokey! How could you be so mean. And I was trying to stop a fight" Y/n retorted, doging his fist and hitting him back. Being able to transform into smoke, Y/n's fist went threw him, eyes widening as smoker retaliates, his other arm aiming at full force towards them. Y/n awaited the impact, too slow from the shock to react properly, seemingly since he caught her off guard. It never happened.

"Now what does it look like we got here? I didn't know you were so defenseless little cousin." A deep voice echoed through your head. You lifted up your head, meeting face to face with crimson red eyes. He had spiky red hair, with thick googles secured tightly at his forehead.

" Cousin! I knew that flag looked familiar!" You exclaimed at your beloved cousin.

"Eustass Kid! He's your cousin!! Of all people, why does it have to be Him!" Zoro complained.

" Unacceptable! I will not tolerate my beloved angel Y/n-chwan to be related to this pathetic excuse of a man, nor a gentleman." Fumed Sanji, not wanting to believe such a relation could exist.

"Oi! Kid, how's it going!" Yelled Luffy before getting smacked by Nami.

"Idiot. This is no time to feel excited." Nami sighed, rubbing her head in annoyance.

"Oh no, its kid, captain of the kid pirates!"
"captain what shall we do! Were gonna die!" Shachi and Penguin squeaked.

"Stop over exaggerating. I've got a bad feeling about him so keep your guard up." Law ordered his crew about his long time enemy. "If he's here then his crew is somewhere lurking around."

"Yes sir!" The two yelled in salute.

"Well well. If it isn't the captain of the kid pirates. What a pleasant surprise finding you all here at the same island. You all must really want to be imprisoned if you're stupid enough to show your face around me." Smoker smirked at the metal man who had interfered with his little fight with you.

" Heh. Although you may not know it but trouble has a way or sorting itself out. So dont get too ahead of yourself there." Kid grinned at the man in front of him before getting serious." Y/n. Take your pals and get off this island. Your big cousin has it from here. I have a bone to pick with this one."

" Eh! Are you sure about that cousin?" You reply, shocked by his words.

"Come on Y/n. Captains orders!" Luffy exclaims already on his ship again.

"She never agreed to be apart of your crew!"
" Yeah Strawhat!"
Shachi and penguin yelled from their own ship.

" like hell I'm gonna let you all escape!" Smoker raged, blasting a smoke bomb at you, only for it to yet again Be blocked. This time, by a guy with long flowing blonde hair, a blue and white striped mask covering his face.

" Its rude to disobey my captains order you know admiral. Go on ahead Y/n. We got it from here" killer said in a gentle, sweet tone.

"Right!" You nodded and headed for the Strawhat ship, and you all headed off to sea. You ran off to the railing and shouted.

"You better not die you idiot cousin!"

"Hah! You gotta be kidding. As if I'd ever let someone like a navy official ever take me down!" Kid boosted from the island, a twisted grin on his face. "Now then smoker, where were we?"

You smiled as you watched your cousin fade away as the ship strode father away from the island and continuing on to its destination.

Mom, I ended up traveling with a group of pirates. I wonder what else my life has in store. But, I'm glad my cousin seems to be doing alright. We'll meet again for sure. This is my promise to you.
