Class is starting soon. I sigh and looked at the papers on my desk. Just scribbles and random lesson notes are written on it, with an occasional doodle, nothing much. It's always the same in class, nothing new. The same old grouchy teacher will walk in and start yelling shit, then give us work to not do while he goes out and does whatever the hell he wants except teaching us, then the the whole class would fuck around until the period is over, then when the bell rings the teacher will come back and dismiss us and not give a single shit if we did our work or not. That's how everyday goes in this class.

But not today. Nope, something was different. Our usual teacher didn't come, probably late. Ten minutes in and no yelling teacher had come in. I leaned in to one of my friends' table. His name is Jason. He's a year older than me but he enrolled a year late. "Hey, Jason. How come Mr. Yelly McGrouchy hadn't come in yet?" I asked. That's not his real name, but I just want to call him that. "Dude, didn't you hear about it? He got into a car accident and was hospitalized with a bunch of broken bones and a fractured skull." He said. I pretended to be surprised about it. I gasped and put a hand over my mouth. "Oh no, poor man, we have to make him feel better!" I said overdramatically. I don't give a shit about that man.

Jason scoffed and raised an eyebrow at me. "Dude, you're being overdramatic. I don;t care that much about him either, he's a piece of crap as a teacher. We just sit here and he gives us passing grades for doing nothing. It's pretty good I guess, getting a good grade for doing nothing." He said and went back to staring at the blackboard, propping his head on his hands.

Fifteen minutes in and the door opened. An unfamiliar face showed up and strode in with confidence in his step. Who the hell does this guy think he is, where did he get all that confidence? "Hey guys, quiet down please. Take a seat and listen for a minute 'ere." He spoke, seeking the attention of the class. It didn't work, everybody just kept on doing whatever they were doing. "LISTEN UP YOU LITTLE RUNTS, I AM HERE NOT TO BE IGNORED, I AM HERE TO TEACH YOU GUYS, SO SHUT THE HELL UP AND SIT THE FUCK DOWN, I'M TALKING OVER HERE!" His voice boomed, silencing the whole class and they sat down at their desks all princess-like. "Now, isn't that better?" He said with a smile and rubbed his hands together.

"Alright, hello guys, my name's Mr. Dahlberg-" he said but was cut off by somebody yelling "that sounds German" from the back of the class. "-Yes, it does sound German, but that's just a name. I'd rather be known as Adam to you guys. I'm your sub teacher, if you haven't noticed. I'll be replacing your usual teacher until he returns from the hospital, which will be a long time. So, guys. Nice meeting you all, now let's start the lesson shall we?" He said and started writing down with chalk some shit about american lit.

I didn't take any notes, when he's gone it'll be back to the way it was before anyway. I used the time to observe this Adam guy closer. His hair was chocolate brown, I guess, and very curly. His eyes were I don't know, shifting color from brown to green depending on the light. He has a bit of a beard growing that doesn't make him look messy but enhances his face, making it look manlier. Duh. He was wearing a light blue long-sleeved shirt and dark blue jeans with white casual wear shoes. He looks to be twenty-one, but that's a guess. He looks really dashing though, I'm digging this guy.

I wrote a note on a piece of paper and passed it to Jason. He opened it and read it, then he let out a small laugh. Shut up, it's not funny Jason. I thought. Adam must have heard him, because he walked over to Jason's and took my note away from his hand. "Passing notes, are we? What's your name, kiddo?" He asked, his voice stern. "It's Jason, sir." Jason answered.

"Who wrote this note?"

Jason pointed at me and said, "it was Ty, he wrote that note sir." No, you fuck don't tell him that!

He looked at me then read the note. Luckily he didn't read it out loud but he did say to meet him after class. Thanks a lot Jason, you're the best friend ever. He stuffed the note in his breast pocket and went back to teaching. I glared at Jason and he just stuck his tongue out at me. "You fucking dumbass" I mouthed to him. "Yeah, I love you too, Ty." He mouthed back. "No homo though."

I just rolled my eyes and wanted to get this period over with. Whatever, I guess I spaced out for the rest of the day because before I knew it we're dismissed from school. I still remember what Adam said to me, so I went to his class. You could say I was worried and sort of ready for whatever punishment he throws at me.

I knocked on the door and walked in. Adam sat at his desk holding my note in his hand. He looked at me with a warm smile and asked, "so, you're Ty huh?" I nodded. "Take a seat." He said and gestured to the seat in front of him.

I sat down and my hands suddenly felt clammy. "So earlier today in my class, you wrote this note and passed it to your seatmate Jason," he started. "I read it a couple of times and I'm quite surprised at what it says." Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, why did I even write that note in the first place, fuck me. I screamed in my head, and he looked me dead in the eye, then smirked. "You're lucky I think you're cute too." He said before leaning over and connecting our lips together. I was surprised and blushing furiously. He's a fucking teacher and he- what, this doesn't make any sense!

He held my chin with his thumb and forefinger then pulled me in closer. I gave up trying to fight it and just went with the kiss. He pulled back for a breath of air but didn't kiss me again. Instead he played with my hair and whispered into my ear. "If you visit me sometime, we'd do more than just kiss." He whispered. I blushed and slowly nodded. I got my hands on some trouble, but I like this.
