A/N: I've been rather inactive for months right? well, I have no reasons but I have no idea what to write and uh, been practicing digital art for the past few months. Gomen, friends! ;A;

oh yeah, also since I dunno their last names I'm just gonna... use some of the characters of AOT last names...

"You are here, as part of the 136th trainee squad! You have passed through 5 years of hell, but you have not seen the worst yet! You may have graduated training school, but now you have three paths ahead of you!

"You can risk your lives, and fight for humanity's freedom outside the walls in the Scouting Legion. Or you can keep the peace and take care of the walls with the Garrison. And lastly, you can serve the king in the Military Police.

"Only the top ten graduates can join the Military Police, the rest of you must join the Garrison, or the Scouting Legion." The loud, husky voice of our training leader, Haikyuu Sheizaro (A/N I am anime trash haha ;v;) boomed throughout the field we stand on.

We have just finished five years of training, and we have finally graduated! I, Jason Jaeger, have finally graduated the 136th soldier trainee squad!

"Here are the names of the top ten trainees, in order of lowest to highest! Aria Welshinger! Shizu Greff! Wysteria Retrima! Wilbur Tran! Doncaster Hoffle! Freya Delsch! Jason Jaeger! Albert Weiffman! Tanaki Heishoko! And lastly, Ty Ackerman!" He said my name, Jason Jaeger, I'm in fourth place! Me! Fourth! I frowned. I was hoping to be first, but fourth would do.

"Now! Will the top ten trainees step forward?" I and the other nine trainees stepped out of line and stood in front of Haikyuu. He asked which part we will join. This, I have been waiting for years to come. My mother was killed by a titan when I was young, she was eaten alive, right in front of my eyes. If it wasn't for Hazaki that evacuated me from my home- and took me away from my mother- I would've not be here right now.

"Now! Will number ten, Aria Welshinger, announce what military branch you will choose?" Haikyuu asked the short blonde girl, Aria. "I choose to join the Military Police, sir!" She replied and did the salute. She did it perfectly and gracefully.

"Good. Now, number nine..." Haikyuu continued to ask the others the same question until it was my turn. Most chose the Military Police. Wilbur, Doncaster and Freya chose the Garrison.

"Number four, Jason Jaeger! What will you choose?" He asked me. This is the question I have waited five years to answer. I will avenge my mother, and destroy all the titans. I will kill them all. I saluted Haikyuu and spoke, y voice loud and clear. "I choose the Scouting Legion, sir!"

As soon as I said that, murmurs erupted from the crowd behind me. "Scouting Legion? ....... could not...."

"He will...... die...."

"I can't...... scaring the shit......" They're all that I could hear the other trainees talk. I don't care if I'm going to die, or how scared I would get, or if I would survive. This is my decision.

"The Scouting Legion?" Haikyuu asked before continuing, "not bad, Jaeger, not bad. Next, number three!" He continued asking the last two, Albert and Tanaki. Albert chose the Military Police while Tanaki chose the Garrison.
