Pool Party

A/N: I'm very sorry for not updating. I hope to start updating regular again now that I'm back into the routine of school, but I have a lot of hard classes this year, so I'm afraid I can't make any promises :(

Regina regretted her decision to go to the pool party as soon as she saw Emma. The blonde ran up to her and Robin, already in her bathing suit. "You're here!"

Regina gave Emma a smile that was clearly forced, "Yes we are." She turned to look at Robin and her fake smile turned into a real one, "Why don't you let me hold Hope?"

"Are you sure you don't want to swim?"

"Nah, I'm just not really feeling it today, you know? Just make sure you push Emma in the pool for me."

Emma gasped, "Okay, rude. And why aren't you going to swim?!"

Regina rolled her eyes and pushed past Emma, Hope in her arms. She made her way over to Zelena, Emma following her with a frown on her face.

"Is this just because I said I wanted to see you in a bikini? Come on, Regina, I didn't really mean that! Okay well I kinda did, but most of all, I want you to have fun! This is a fun day!"

"If you want me to have fun, stop pestering me," Regina said as she sat down. Emma glared at Regina before stalking away, back to Neal and Henry.

"So you're not even going to swim?" Zelena asked, looking up from her book.

"I don't see you in the pool."

"I'm waiting for Belle to get here."

"I'm beginning to believe all the times Emma has said WickedBeauty is real..."

Zelena glared at her sister, "Why do you think Emma hasn't gotten in the pool yet either? She was totally waiting for you. ...Why aren't you going to swim? And don't use Hope as an excuse because every one of us would hold her for you."

Regina sighed. She looked around to make sure no one was too close before she spoke in a whisper, "I don't feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit so soon after giving birth. My stomach hasn't exactly gone back to how it was before because I didn't have magical onion rings that sped up the entire process."

"Regina, you pushed a human out of you."

"Exactly! That's why my body isn't the same as it was last summer."

Zelena rolled her eyes, "You didn't let me finish. You pushed a human out of you, so you should get a free pass for your stomach looking different. You grew an entire human and if anyone's gonna judge you for how you look after that, I will eat them."

"Aw, just what I always wanted: A sister who would become a cannibal to get revenge on someone who said something mean about me."

"I'm serious, Regina. Okay, not about the eating part, but I'm not afraid to punch anyone who says something nasty about you after you grew a human. Also I know Emma really wants to see you in a bikini no matter what you look like because she's a dumb blonde."

Regina laughed, "You've got that last part right."

"So do you want me to hold Hope while you put a swimsuit on or...?"

"No, you're not allowed to hold her."

"What?!"

"She's Robin's daughter too and quite frankly, I don't think he wants you near any of his children."
