the imposter

(Ok, this is utter garbage from the past. I have evolved past this horrendous creation so please don't take this seriously. I'm being held at gunpoint by my boyfriend to post this again.)

The imposter
             (Chapter one)

I sighed sitting up on a lamp post staring up into the night sky my eye pulsing with pain. I never wanted to lose my friends and have everyone hate me like I did now. Everything hurts on my body but it was nothing compared to the pain i fell in my heart. I just wanted people to know my side of the story, actually listen instead of screaming and running away when they saw me even tails pushed me away...and it was all because of that damn imposter...

                   (Earlier)
"Come on tails!" I yelled at tails from afar.
"Sorry sonic!" Tails yelled back holding a device in his hands.
"Im just tinkering with a new device I need to go back to my lab and get what I need!"
I let out a sigh. "Ok I'll come with you." I always worried about the little fox. I cared for the twin tailed fox like he was my own brother  never wanting anything to hurt him let alone himself.

Tails and i  came back to tails workshop and wow...it was a wreck broken sheets of metal lay on the floor wires hanging out of unfinished contraptions and even a few oil stains on the wall.
"What have you been working on in here?!" I asked shocked to see the mess.
"This thing." Tails practically shoved a device in my face.
"...a metal box?" I asked bluntly.
Tails let out a sigh placing the box on a table.
"It's not just a metal box it's supposed to be a device that can teleport you anywhere you want without needing the chaos emeralds. I call it the destination commuting traveler."
I stared blankly into the foxes eyes pretending I knew all he was saying but he honestly lost me at the word 'device.' I never understood a word he was saying while talking about his devices.
Tails noticed my blank stare and snapped his fingers in front of my face to bring me back to reality.
"Huh? Oh sorry..." I said scracthing my head out of embarrassment.
"You didn't hear a word I said? Did you?" Tails asked bluntly
"Oh no no I did!" I bluffed taking the device
"You...uh press this button to do something!" I lifted my hand getting ready to slam down at it
"No sonic wa-" tails tried to warn me but I had already slamed my hand down on the button...nothing happened
"Oh...looks like a d-" I was cut short after a blinding flash suroneded me and I landed in a grassy field gasping for air from the shock I felt.
Once I finally pulled myself together I saw a group of blue, orange, purple and a ton more colors flying toward me and they flew fast.
I was instantly tackled to the ground and looked up to see the wisp...
'but that's impossible...' I thought  'but...what if the machine worked!? It teleported me to' the next words came out loud "planet wisp!"
The wisp around me flew around me nuzzling against me and a few even flew into me "hey it's great to see you guys again!"
(Great now I wanna play sonic colors -_-)
The wisp got in front of me speaking there languge I couldn't even begin to understand
"Wow wow guys!" I said putting my hands up "I don't have tails's translator."
The wisp stopped and looked a litte disappointed.
I looked behind them and saw a few of eggmans machines in the background being disasempaled.
"You guys are still cleaning up the mess?! It's been 6 years!" I said to the group. "Although it must be tough seeing how your all just little guys..." I shook my head to get back on track "ugh sonic stay focused! You need to get back!" I turned away from the wisp thinking of ways to get back home.
