the imposter (part five)

(YES! Hah this is the best story I've ever wrote! Im making myself exited just by writing I've been doing a wrighting streak! Guess writing has become a hobby to me! Well into the next part!)

(Amy's POV)
My eyes shot open as I screamed baking into the wall breathing heavily I calmed down seeing I was in the guest bedroom of Sonic and tails house I reached behind me to feel the stab wound but nothing was there I sighed in relief.
"Just a nightmare..." I said pulling my knees close to me.
Tails slammed open the door. "Amy I heard you scream! Is everything ok?!"
Tails asked clearly worried.
"Yeah im ok" I said "i....just had a nightmare" I said.
Tails nodded turning to leave.
"W-wait" I said as tails stopped and turned around
"Can...I talk to you about something?" I asked shyly.
Tails nodded again and sat down on the side of the bed.
"Do...you think in...someway that sonic...may be innocent?" I asked staring at the ground
Tails was silent before responding "there's no way to prove he is right now...but I pray to God he is somehow innocent and the sonic we know and love is still there somewhere...maybe he just has to remember how important his friends are to him and how much we need him..." Tails said with a sigh.
I nodded and hugged him "thanks tails..." I said as he hugged back
"No problem amy...I should go now"
Tails broke away and smiled kindly before leaving quietly closing the door.

(Sonic 2s POV)
I laughed striking the knife in and out of a random mobian I came across in an alley way hearing them choke on there own blood as the life left there eyes "aw finished already? What a shame" I licked the blood from my knife looking at the dead mobian in front of me "it's strange...all these are actual corpses but yet they look fake, nothing more but props!" I pulled out my phone looking at one of my most brutal kills...a murder i did with a blender to the head "this one is the flashiest by far" I heard footsteps behind me and I turned to see shadow standing there smirking at me.
"Man you sure have come far" he said "in only 10 months you went from stealing to killing"
I smirked "well I learned from the best" I launched forward stabbing my knife into his chest causing shadow to cough up blood as I whispered in his ear "and the student has surpassed the teacher" I felt shadows body weigh down as I pulled the knife out I felt his pulse...nothing I had killed him.
(Don't yell at me for killing off shadow please I had to do it to restrain myself from putting a sonadow thing that wouldve lead to a lemon ;-;)
I pulled a picture from my glove with all my friends in separate squares as I used shadows blood to paint an X over his picture "that's one down" I said putting the picture back.

(Lazurus's POV)
I woke up on the couch looking at the clock it was 2:04 AM the problem with blade was just a nightmare I gave out a loud sigh as I let my head drop on the pillow. I left the house and layed on the ground staring into the night sky...feeling like someone was starting back

(Blades POV)
I layed in a field with sonic staring at the far away speck that was our home each one of our plans have failed and We've been stuck here for so long...I actually got so bored I decided to see what would happen if I stuck a piece of metal inside a makeshift toaster we created...that did NOT end well I chuckled to myself remembering the toaster blowing apart and nearly setting the shelter on fire I could hear sonic snoring meaning he had gone to sleep I rolled my eyes realizeing I was tired myself I rolled over and went to sleep.

(Knuckles POV)
I heard tails coming down stairs after seeing if Amy was ok "is Amy ok?!" I asked nervously.
"Yeah she just had a nightmare" tails said "she's completely fine"
I sighed with relief noticing tails still had the bandage on "uh...tails I think you can take that bandage off"
Tails put his hands on his head adjusting the bandage "no way it makes me look cool!" He puffed out his chest planting his hands on his hips
I chuckled at his actions and he chuckled to not being able to keep a straight face.
"It sure does" I said ruffling the fur on his head.
Everything has been going smoothly lately there are times where things feel like they are back to normal but I don't think that can be possible anymore...at least without sonic...I want to kill him so much but...tails and Amy would hate me forever if I did that...and it would just tear me apart...

(Rougues POV)
"Ugh it's so late where is he?!" I said crossing my arms waiting for shadow to come through the door "it's been...what 5 hours?" I asked myself looking at the clock on my phone.
Yep it had been 5 hours since shadow has gone and I was honestly more annoyed than worried. I through on my coat wand walked out the door to begin my search for shadow.
(Im stopping here im SOOOO tired and I just wanna release a new chapter also we've had enough depressing stuff next chapter will be nothing but sweet stuff uwu go ahead and skip it if you want you won't miss anything special)
