                        (Blades POV)
My eyes slowly opened being greeted with the familiar magenta walls of my room.
I tried moving my arm only to wince in pain.
"Agh...what the...?"
I looked at my arm seeing it bandaged as all the previous events came flooding back into my mind.
"Oh right..." I sighed letting my ears lay back.
'why would Sonic do that...?'

                       (Tails POV)
I stared at the white tiled floor in the waiting room gripping knuckles gloves tears forming in my eyes with Amy nervously fidgeting next to me.
"Give it to me straight..." I said not looking up.
"Is...he going to be ok..."
I heard amy sigh as she put her hands on my free hand.
"Honestly...I have no idea...he was stabbed in the neck we...might be too late."
I nodded as a few tears fell from eyes.
Amy hugged me and I only stared at knuckles glove wondering who would do this...sure Sonic has been on a killing spree but he would never hurt one of his friends...I know that...
I sighed breaking away from Amy's hug.
"I'm gonna go for a walk..." I said.
She nodded "stay safe, tails..."

I walked along the side walk hearing other mobians talk and go about there daily task the sun was going to set soon.
While staring down at the ground I had a collision with a blue hedgehog.
I fell back rubbing my head.
"Oh sorry sir..." I looked up at the hedgehog...he...looked alot like Sonic but he had a red stripe and goggles.
"It's fine" he said reaching out a hand to help me up.
I reached for the hand but hesitated.
"Oh c'mon I don't bite." He said smiling.
I grabbed his hand and he lifted me to my feet.
"T-thanks..." I said staring at the ground.
"I...s-should get going now"
I turned away to walk leaving a hedgehog behind knowing I left him confused.

                       (Sonic's POV)
I sighed staring up into the night sky...so...this is where the whole story started...you've finally made it this far huh?
(Sorry I love fourth wall breaks XD)
well...good for you...no point in repeating the beginning so let's just continue.

Tail's words still bounced around in my head "I DISOWN YOU AS MY BROTHER!" I could feel my self start to cry again...and out of nowhere the wind blew a newspaper into my face.
I growled getting ready to throw it away as I tore it off and before getting to crumble it up I saw the print in big bold letters.  
                SONIC THE KILLER.
I wasted no time and instantly started reading through the article.

Date: August 5th 2017.

Sonic the hedgehog recently known as the hero of Mobius has been spotted in an alley way killing mobians with no reasons.
He has also stolen and even rapped a few male mobians later killing them.
Not a single victim of his has escaped and the questions rise.
"What had happened to our hero?"
"Is this really sonic?"
"I knew he'd snap at one point..."
Statements and questions made by reviewed witnesses we will bring you more on the story as we learn more until then stay indoors where it's safe.

I couldn't believe what I had just read...is this what happened that made my friends hate me?!
I perked up staring into the distance.
"Oh God..." I said out loud.
"H-has he hurt my friends?!"
I put the paper in my glove and jumped down from the light post landing on my feet and took off running into the night.
I had to see if my friends where ok.

I came to my house seeing the door kicked down.
Panic rose up inside me as I ran in.
"TAILS?! AMY?! KNUCKLES?!" I called out to them only getting silence in return.
I ran up stairs looking in tails and Amy's room.
No one.
I ran into knuckles room stopping in my tracks.
I just saw knuckles bed stained In blood.
I gritted my teeth my hands balling into fist. That bastard DID hurt my friends...and he is INSANE if he thinks he will get away with it.

   (Knuckles POV ((yay he lives on!))

I could only see darkness and only that.
cold rushing over my body.
I could feel warmness slowly return as I opened my eyes gasping for air.
"w-w-where a-am i-i?" I gasped between words hearing the people in the room talk quickly.
I tried turning my head feeling something stuck in my neck.
"What the...?"
I lifted my hand to the sticthes of my neck noticing my gloves where gone as well.
I suddenly remembered the gaze of the blue hedgehog...I sat up looking at the doctor's removing machines that were attached to me keeping me alive.
I got out of bed walking out of the room the doctors trying to convince me to stay.
I didn't care I had to see them...
I saw Amy sitting in the waiting room.
"H-hey aims..."
I heard her gasp and look at me her eyes clearly filled with tears.
"Knuckles!" She yelled hugging me.
"I-i-i th-thought w-we lost you!" She sobbed out hugging me tightly.
I smiled kindly and hugged her back.
"Takes more than that to kill knuckles..." I said with confidence in my voice.
I heard another gasp as I looked up at the orange fox across the room.
I pulled one of my arms from Amy sticking it out to the side offering tails to join in.
He ran to us joining in on the hug both hugging me so tight crushing me...I didn't care I'm just glad I was back.
I then felt something unfamiliar...I lifted my hand to my eye feeling a tear had come out.
I actually cried...for the first time ever...I never cried even when I was born...
I squeezed my eyes shut hugging them both as close and tight as I could letting the tears flow as a rare smile grew over my face.
And yes...I even chuckled...
"I...I love you guys..." I silently said to them.
"I really do..."
(Ok...my heart actually melted a bit typing this...💚)

                        (Zykes POV)
I stayed up on the roof of blades and lzuruses house...I know it's creepy but with sanic still out there I couldn't rest knowing blade was in danger.
I let out a silent yawn looking at my watch
"3:23 AM" I said to myself.
I heard silent running in front of the house looking down to see sanic running for the door.
'OH HELL NO!'
I screamed internally jumping down on sanic.
"You are not getting to them!" I yelled out.
I pressed my hands down on his neck hearing him choke as a paper fell from his gloves.
"S-show t-that to b-b-blade..."
He passed out and I removed my hands.
"You sick bastard..."
I used my telekinesis to pick up and unfold the paper seeing the report.
"Why does he want blade to see this?"
I asked myself with a sigh.
I threw him over my shoulder taking the paper walking to the door knocking on it.
I heard the door unlock and saw lazurus  standing in the door way but he didn't give me another hateful look.
"What is i-" he stopped seeing Sonic slumped over my shoulder.
I handed him the paper "he said show this to blade before I chocked him out." I said
"Thank you..." Lazurus said closing the door.
Now...what to do with you?
I wondered looking at the limp figure on my shoulder.

                     (Shadows POV)
It's so dark...where am I? Am I dead? Alive? I can't tell maybe if I just...my eyes shot open feeling a surge of energy run through me and I instantly shot up to see rouge with one of the chaos emeralds.
'damn it now I owe her'
She had another hedgehog behind her and he looked...an awful like Sonic but he was different...he had yellow shorts and a leather jacket  with a red stripe on his forehead a lot like mine.
'wait do I owe him too?'
I stopped thinking when rouge tackle hugged me laughing with complete joy.
Honestly I'm not thrilled with being back that just means more shit to deal with.
But knowing rouge was happy to have me back I put on a fake smile hugging back.
"You were dead for a whole year!" The blue on stated.
"Wow wait..." I said letting go of rouge.
"I was dead...for a whole year and you just left my body here?"
"Uh...yeah sorry."
