the imposter part 10

(wow we finally made it to ten chapters and 18 views... honestly I was starting to lose hope in anyone viewing my story's but one user added this story and intruder alert to their reading list and I've been gaining more and more views so thanks for that! I can't thank you guys enough as cheesy as that might sound.
Ah I'm rambling. Let's get on with the story!)

                        Sonic's POV
I opened my eyes finding myself inside a prison cell. "No..." I scrambled to my feet taking in my surroundings.
"No nonnononono!" I put one of my hands on the walls to study myself.
I felt light-headed not to mention I was panicked by this.
"This has to be a dream!" I yelled letting my head rest against the wall.
"How...what?" I sat there running it all through my head.
Bit by bit it all came back to me.
Being tackled to the ground. Being chocked out by that green enchidna.
His furious blazing eyes...
I let my self shiver those eyes where piercing even though they where in the shape of hearts.
"Hey blue." A voice was to my right stealing my attention I turned my head to see Scourage, my other evil twin.
"Never thought I'd see you locked in here." He said sitting up from his bed rubbing his eyes.
"Man you sure are noisy."
I just stood there looking at him. How could I have missed him? He was sitting right there but still it was nice to see someone I knew not mad or scared of me.
"Hey Scourage..." I mumbled silently.
"Listen, I don't belong in here."
Scourage looked at me with confusing eyes. "Explain what you did. I've been locked in here for awhile..."
I nodded and sat down next to Scourage explaining everything that happened from the moment I was in tails workshop to the moment where I woke up in the cell.
"Blue, I highly doubt that." He said rolling his eyes. "But then again there's no reason for you to lie. Look we can easily get out of here."
My mind snapped into focus remembering the many times I've broken out of eggmans cells with just speed alone.
"Oh right!" I said taking a few steps back.
"Well here goes nothing!" I said with confidence.
I turned toward the cell bars, planted my feet on the ground and launched myself at the bars making them fly off.
And it hurt. Like. Hell.
I was on the ground groaning in pain holding my head.
I could hear Scourage walk to my side.
"Nice work blue." He said looking around. "We should probably get going." He looked down at me with his sharp tooth grin.
"Shaddup..." I stood up holding my head.
"That wasn't a very smart move blue." Scourage pushed up his sun glasses so they rested on his forehead.
"Hey at least I actually got us out." I snapped back.
"Well your about to be in a lot more pain..." He said.
I took that as a threat and got in my fighting stance.
He pulled out a gun he had hidden in his coat and aimed it at me.
"Duck." Was all he said.
I dropped to my knees and heard him fire the gun twice and a thud of two body's behind me.
Getting back up to my knees I started at the gun. "How do you even have that?" I asked.
"Trust me you do NOT want to know." He said putting the gun back in his coat.
I shivered thinking about the only way he could've smuggled in the gun.
"Er...let's just going" I started walking down the hallway silently being as cautious as I could.

                      Shadows POV.
I stood in front of my mirror fixing my quills I had been a lifeless corpse. In an alley way. For a year. Don't blame me for instantly wanting a shower when I got to my place.
I was enraged of course for Sonic to just betray me like that but after reading the reports...his actions have gotten really fucked up. I regretted teaching him all that.
The house was just as I left it rougue had been taking care of it so no dust was laying around.
I removed the towel from my head and just looked at myself in the mirror I was back to my normal state due to the powers of the chaos emerald. I would have to ask rogue where she got that later...
Walking out I was greeted by Chase and rogue...I couldn't get over one thing about chase though...he looked like a hybrid between me and Sonic...er...ok no.
"Oh hey shadow." Chase greeted with a wave.
Rogue turned around and smiled "good to have you back stripes." She said crossing her arms smiling warmly.
"Anyways." Chase said clearing his throat. "What are we gonna do about my brother?"
"What?!" Rogue and I said looking at him.
Chase blushed in embarrassment. "I...never told you? I'm Sonic's brother..."
We just stood there in awkward silence. (again chase being Sonic's brother has NOTHING to do with me .w.)
I cleared my throat. "Anyways...I have a plan on how to deal with Sonic."
Rogue smiled. "Hunt and kill to. The. End"
"No!" Chase said. "Your not killing my brother! No matter what he's done he's not dying!" He said glaring at rogue with a death glare.
"Its fine my plan doesn't result in Sonic's death, promise." I held up a hand putting another hand behind my back, crossing my fingers.

                        Blades POV

I stared down at the article. My mouth hanging open. How did this happen?! He was with me on planet wisp the date this happened.
I placed the article down rubbing my temples. "Ugh...I can't think straight..."
Lazurus was just sitting next to me just as confused. "You said he was teleported here by a invention made by tails right?" He asked.
I looked at him and nodded my head.
"I see...hang on!" He stood up and walked over to the desk pulling out a sketch book. He flipped it open and sat down next to me drawing the possible machanics of the machine.
After an hour he held it up to me.
"He was building a instant transportation device."
I nodded "yeah we already know that."
"BUT!" Lazurus  pointing at a red part.
"He must've put in the wrong thing around here! He accidentally created a clone. A unnatural being!"
I couldn't believe what I was hearing "so this clone is a imposter!"
"That's one way to put it, yes."
The article made sense it was a imposter! Unaware that he even is a clone. We had the proof but no one to tell for the time being. I grabbed Lazurus by the hand running out the door.
"Wow wait up where are we going?!" Lazurus  yelled.
I looked back at him my face filled with fury. "We're going to bust Sonic out!"
He nodded and I could see a twinkle in his eyes. Was he getting turned on by my sudden fury? Ok blade what the fuck? No. I shook my head erasing the thought.
