Don't leave me again

Her parents brought me home. I put my backpack in my room, took my purse and got back in the car.
"Please, take me to the hospital. I need to see him.", I begged.
And so they did.

When I arrived I couldn't believe my eyes. He was sleeping and there were tons of tubes all around him. He looked so peaceful.
But my heart stopped for a moment when I realised what he did. He tried to hang himself. I'm so happy his mother came home in time.
I really don't know what i'd do if they came to tell me he died. But he's alive, he's here.

What scared me, was that his family was so calm about it. Like they knew what they had to do and what the process was. Did this happen before? Or Maybe they just didn't care?

They woke him up to tell me I was there. It took a while, But he opened his eyes and looked right at me.
Tears came running down my face as I saw them again.
His eyes. His aqua blue eyes.

"Don't ever leave me again."
And I took his hand.
Speaking was hard for him, But he tried.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry"
His voice was cracking and I could see How much it hurt him to speak.
We both started crying while holding hands.
I wanted to hug him, and hold him.
I stayed with him until visiting hour was over.
His parents brought me back home and his sister hugged me.

I was happy that I saw him again, and that he was -for what happened- okay. I knew I needed to help him. From now on, I had to be there for him. I had to show him that I wasn't going anywhere. I visited him every single day.

A couple days later, he could leave the hospital and went home. We texted a lot and tried to see each other every once in a while.
His sister became a Good friend too. She kept me updated on How he was doing and if something happened.
That's How I found out that his father always shouts at him and brings him down. It was hard for me to be Nice to him when I was at their House, But I had No other choice.

And Thomasz and I? We descided to be friends. Best friends. But it wasn't always that easy.
After all... He was all I ever wanted and more.
