Jewel's p.o.v.

We are walking in Aleero City after being full from eating some Meatloaf that was pretty good. Ratchet looked around in awe as he saw different stuff of him. Then we heard a boy yell, "there he is!" "Guys, it's Ratchet! Hey-hey!", a guy said that is driving with his wife and son. Ratchet waved as the wife said, "we love you!" Then they drove off and Ratchet said to us, "boy, for a big city, the people here are sure friendly." "And rather loud. *Gets hit by some kind of thrown trash*. Oh!" He spun around a little then held his head in one head and looked at the driver who thrown it. "Sorry! Thought you were a trash can!", the driver yelled as he drove on. Clank frowned and said as he continued walking, "indeed." "You okay, Clank?", I asked. Clank smiled at me and said, "I'm fine. I appreciate your concern." I smiled back and Ratchet then stopped seeing the new poster on the billboard. He said little excited, "wow. Look at that, Jewel." I looked at the poster and noticed Qwark glaring at Ratchet a little in the picture. Ratchet then looked back at us saying, "what do you know, you guys? I'm famous." "Yes. Though I am sure it is exciting, my cultural database shows that fame is highly overrated and ultimately not rewarding. Would you agree?", Clank said. I nodded and said looking back at Ratchet, "I would agree with Clank there, Ratchet. I think this popularity stuff is getting to you too much." He then said, "oh, totally. Way overrated. Hey, you think they'll name a street after me? Or a cologne? *Jumps onto a lamppost*. 'Ratchet. Smell like a hero.'." Ratchet smiles at us expected us what to think of that idea. Clank gives an unsure look while I gave a little disgusted look and said, "when you say it in a different way...it would like to wish to be a bit smelly. Don't you think?" He chuckled nervously as he got the idea then his eyes widened at behind us as we heard a man yell, "there he is!" Clank and I turned around to see a group of people running towards us. I heard a guy say, "can I smell you?" Ratchet then jumped down and grabbed a datapad that a kid gave him to sign his name on for an autograph. He said, "easy, now. There's no rush. Believe me, I can do this all day." Then a lady asked, "are you and Jewel dating?" Ratchet's eyes widened as he almost dropped the thing he is writing on. My reaction was the same and we are both blushing in embarrassment. Just right about Ratchet was going to say something, I quickly covered his mouth and said to the crowd, "I don't think he's ready to answer that." As the crowd keep telling us to tell, Qwark came out of the blue and tossed the datapad away and said to the crowd, "sorry, folks, but, unfortunately, we don't have time for this nonsense. I'm about to reveal my awesome plan for the attack on Drek Industries, unless, of course, anyone would like my autograph." They just stared at him silently as a guy coughed. Qwark then said with a hidden unhappy face, "good, because we don't have time." Then a boy said, "you the man, Ratchet!" Ratchet chuckled as he waved then Qwark grabbed him and carried him on his right shoulder. Then Ratchet waved to the crowd and yelled as I walked behind them, "I love you all!" I sighed and rolled my eyes.

Ratchet's p.o.v.

As Qwark carried me, he then whispered to me without Jewel hearing, "So are you two really dating?" I blushed a little and then said in a annoyed tone, "How about we get to the Hall so you can tell us what's going on?" "If you say so...", he replied and put me back on the ground. More almost like dropping me and Jewel walked up by my side then asked, "everything going okay? What were you guys talking about?" I gave her a smile and said, "oh, nothing important. Just wanted us back to the Hall to talk what's going on kind of thing." She gave me an unsure look and smiled back a little then said, "okay. By the way, back there when the asked the lady was asking about us dating, that was a bit surprising to hear." I was about to say something but Qwark yelled to us, "come on you two! We need to get back to the other Rangers!" Jewel then went to follow and I sighed wanting to so badly to tell her how I feel for her but couldn't yet.
