Ketsuki dressed casually for the weekend, right as she grabbed the door handle a cool voice asked, "Where are you going?"  She turned and saw Kaname Kuran standing on the stairs, eyes trained on her. "Town, I need a few things and the Headmaster said it was alright." They stared at each other for a moment, then Kaname spoke. "Okay, but I'm sending someone with you." Ketsuki narrowed her eyes in frustration but nodded in agreement. Kaname went straight to Hanabusa's room and knocked. "Hanabusa open the door." He said, then the door opened. Hanabusa stood there with wild hair and red eyes. "Yes, Lord Kaname?" He asked, rubbing his eyes. "I need you to join Ketsuki while she goes into town. Make sure she doesn't get into any trouble." Kaname replied seriously. Hanabusa was about to complain but Manama shot him a 'don't argue' look. Hanabusa bowed and said, "Yes, Lord Kaname." Hanabusa dressed quickly and briskly walked down to meet Ketsuki at the door. She gave him a once over look then opened the door and left, Hanabusa trailing behind her.

They walked down the street, Ketsuki leading the way. "You know, you don't have to walk with me." She said, turning down a street. "My Lord Kaname asked me to, so I am." Hanabusa said in a huff. "Whatever, we're here." She said, opening the door to an art store. Hanabusa followed her in but stood next to the door and closed his eyes, still tired. Ketsuki grabbed multiple shades of yellow-golds, whites, and a big tube of black paint. She grabbed a handful of different blues and walked over to Hanabusa and leaned close to him and said, "Open your eyes." Hanabusa's eyes opened wide, the ocean blue being overtaken by his iris for a split second. Ketsuki stared into them intently, studying the hues of blue. She then decided on three different blues. "Thank you." She said, pecking him on the cheek and left to go pay for the paints. Hanabusa stared at her, confused and conflicted. 'What is wrong with her?' He thought to himself as Ketsuki opened the door, he followed silently behind.
