Chapter 10 ~Blushing

-flashback-

"W-what are you doing? Who are you??" I said in a hoarse voice, gosh it hurt so much to talk.

"You don't need to worry, we are here to help you" 

"Help me? w-what? get away from me don't touch me!" who were these people? what did they want? where is my dad? where's mom? is she dead? I can't remember, ughhhh! I clench my head in pain, but the movement was a mistake, making my whole body ach with agony.

A woman who looked to be in her late 20's started to walk toward me.

"G-get away! Don't touch me!"

"It's ok Cadenza we are here to help, we are not going to hurt you, I promise." she said with an assuring smile.
"Where's my dad? Where's my mom? And who are you?" I had so many questions spinning in my head. 

"We have arrested your dad... and your mom...she is dead."

I started crying even though it hurt like hell; she's dead how? What?

"You still haven't answered my other question, who are you?"

"We are the ---------"

"O-ok, where are you taking me?"

"First we need to tend to your wounds, then we will take you to a safe place"

"O-ok" I said relaxing a bit

"Is it ok if my team and I help?"

"Yes"

Just then her team rushed in the room, nearly tearing all my clothes off. They kept asking me questions, then exchanging concerned looks. The last thing I remembered is breathing and then blacking out.

-end of flashback-

"Hey are you ok?" Garroth asked

"Yah sorry I uh... just had a memory." I said looking back at him.

"Do you want to take a break, or?"

"Yah a break sound nice" I say smiling up at him

"Ok, so what do you want to do?"

"I don't know" I say yawning and leaning back against the wall next to the bed

"Haha are you tired?" Garroth said wrapping his arms around me

"Yah just a little"

"Take a little nap." he says laying down completely. I turn around to face him not realizing I managed to straddle him. I suddenly realized our positon making a blush appear on my cheeks. I looked down at Garroth and saw I wasn't the only one who was blushing.

"Hey Garroth, what's that on your face"

"Hmm?"

"Is that? Are you blushing??"

"N-no" his face reddens 

"Hmmhm sure"

"Hey your blushing too... right here." he says kissing my right cheek

"And here." kissing my other cheek

"And here" kissing the tip of my nose

His eyes slide down to my lips and I catch myself doing the same. 

he leaned forward kissing me lightly before pulling away.

"what's wrong?"

"I thought I heard something"

"well no one is home so it might just be like a tree or something."

"No, I think someone is in the house." 

I get out of bed and my eyes fall upon the shadow under the door. Garroth stands in front of me and opens the door. Laurence standing there glaring at Garroth. 

"This isn't our house, Garroth." 

"Well, you have the house key."

Laurence looks down. 

"Were you two in bed together?!" he looks behind us

"Yes we were." I say confidently

Laurence glares and launches himself on to Garroth.

Garroth runs downstairs being chased by Laurence. 

i began to laugh.
