Chloe is your average skater chick trying to get through high school. She has a crush on Wesley, the boy who is constantly picking on her. She can't help that she likes him. Wesley's younger brother, Keaton, who is 15, has a crush on Chloe, but she doesn't feel the same. Keaton also picks on Chloe. So does Drew, Keaton and Wesley's best friend. The boys try to get Chloe to fall for Drew, to play with her emotions, but Wesley starts hanging out with Chloe more and realizes that he's falling for her. But, Alexis, Chloe's older sister, comes and ruins everything good that's coming for Chloe. Will Chloe end up falling for Drew, or Wesley?
