Chapter 20

Anastasia's POV
He kissed another girl. I gasped and I felt tears in my eyes. He turned around and said my name. He turned back around and saw the girl he kissed smirking. I turned around and started to walk away.
"Anastasia please wait!!!" he yelled.
I knew his siblings heard because they all came out of the house and saw me walking away, with tears streaming down my face. Rebekah and Kol ran to me. Kol got to me first and hugged me.
"What happened?" I heard Finn ask as Elijah joined Kol and took me from his arms.
"Ask your cheating asshole of a brother!!!" I screamed.
I tore both of my necklaces and threw them at him. I turned and vamp speed somewhere that wasn't the Mikaelson Manor.

Klaus's POV
"What the hell did you do Nik?!?!" Rebekah and Kol screamed at me.
I looked down and saw both of the necklaces that I gave her. I bent down and retrieved them. I started to cry. I crumbled to the ground and looked for that bitch. I looked for her and when my eyes landed on her I instantly knew she was a witch. She made me think she was Ana. She tricked me into kissing her and made sure Ana was there. I went to her and shoved my hand into her chest. Her eyes widen as I yanked her heart out. I threw it on the ground. I went looking for Ana. I didn't find her but I did find pieces of her dress in the woods. I took the fabric and took a wiff. I tracked her down but little did I expect what I saw. I found her but she was dead. She was laying on the ground with a stake though her heart. I knew someone found her and staked her because someone else's scent was here.
"Noooooo!!!!! Anastasia!!!!!" I screamed and ran to her.
I pulled the stake out of her heart. I started screaming, cursing, and crying. I picker her up carefully and took her back to the mansion. I had to call someone.

Marcel's POV
My phone started ringing and I looked at the screen. It said 'Anastasia'. I smiled and answered, "What's up my dear friend."
"Marcellus?" a voice asked I instantly knew it was Niklaus
Mikaelson.
"Klaus? Where's Anastasia?" I asked.
"I just found her. She dead," he said and I heard him break down crying.
"What? You are joking right please tell me your joking," I said very fast.
"Why would I joke about this. I loved her more than anything in the world. You need to come to her funeral in Mystic Falls tomorrow at 5 o'clock," he said and hung up.
I threw my phone against the wall and started to cry. The vampires came and I told them to get Davina. They came back with her and she saw me. She ran and hugged me.
"What happened?" she asked me.
"It's Ana. She dead the Queen of New Orleans is dead. We're going to her funeral tomorrow so get ready we're leaving in ten minutes," I said as I stopped crying but started again.
Everyone was quiet then they all started to silently cry. Davina couldn't breathe and was crying so hard.
"Let's go," I said softly to all of my vampires.
Anastasia Salvatore was our best friend but was more like a mother to Davina.

Damon's POV
The door broke opened and in walked in the Mikaelson's besides Klaus. They looked like they had just finished crying, even Finn.
"Something happened to your sister," Elijah said sadly.
Stefan then appeared at my side with that.
"What happened to Anastasia?" he asked.
"Nik found her. She was staked by a hunter. She's dead," Finn said as Rebekah fell to the ground crying.
Stefan looked at me and fell to the ground me not far behind, both of us crying our eyes out.
"Her funerals tomorrow," Kol said barely able to say cause he was crying so hard.
Finn and Elijah helped Rebekah and Kol walk out the door. I turned to find the gang crying as well. Mostly Elena and the girls. We just sat there bawling our eyes out.

Klaus's POV
The funeral was starting soon. I decided we would bury her in the rose garden near our bench. Marcel, his vampires, and a little girl walked into the house with puffy eyes. I nodded at Marcel and he nodded back putting his arm around the little girl. We all walked out and the Scooby Doo gang was there. That's what Ana called them including her brothers. We gathered around her grave it said
'Anastasia Marigold Salvatore
She was a loving girlfriend, sister, best friend, and Queen
Born 1820 - Now at Peace'
The Salvatore brothers and the Scooby Doo gang went first. They all placed something for Ana on her grave.
Damon placed her daylight ring on her grave. Stefan put her journal on it. Elena put Ana's old pompoms on. Caroline put her picture of them at her house down. Matt placed a bottle of Bourbon of her grave. (It was her favorite) Jeremy put a drawing he made for her down.
"Anastasia Salvatore was my big sister, the bestest big sister I could have hoped for. She will not have died in vain. We will find her killer and kill that hunter, I promise," Damon said.
Next up was Marcel, his vamps, and Davina. They also placed some stuff on her grave. Marcel placed a tiara on her grave. He got it for her when they first built the city. Davina put her necklace that Ana had gotten her.

The other vampires put down stuff they either made or had gotten from Ana.
"Anastasia was the bestest friend in the whole world to me. She was like a mother to Davina. I agree with her brothers. She will not die in vain," Marcel said.
The last to go were the Mikaelson's. They each placed something on the grave. Kol placed the necklace he had gotten on their first shopping trip. Rebekah put down the necklaces that she had made for them but had never gotten to give to Ana. Finn put a rose down. Those were her favorite. Elijah placed a book she loved to read. Finally Klaus placed down her half of their 'I Love You' necklaces.
"Anastasia was like a dream come true. She was the love of my life and when she broke up with me the first time it broke me into two. But I got her back only to lose her again before I had the chance to give her something else. I was going to propose to her but its to late. She was my Always and Forever and I'll love her for the rest of my life," Klaus said as he placed the engagement ring on her grave.

Then he walked away.

Klaus's POV
I walked away after I placed her engagement ring down. I was crying as I walked into the woods when everything went black.

I woke up with a gasp and looked around. I was in my room then I remember my dream. Anastasia Salvatore was not real nor was our love. The love of my life wasn't real. It was all a dream.
