"So, what's going on with you and Tobias?" Ashton asks, go figure, he's candor, I guess it's in his blood.

"Nothing, why do you ask?" I reply smoothly,

"Come on Beatrice, I'm not blind, just tell me!" He begs,

"Fine, we're getting married." I respond,

His jaw drops open so I put my fingers under his jaw and push it up,

"You're going to catch flies! And before you say anything it was an arranged marriage and we are quite happy with it!" I explain,

"Not what I was expecting, but okay." He says,

"We're here." I respond notincing the house with the number '1046', my parents house.

We go inside and we take off our shoes. We lay them neatly on the shoe rack and we go into the kitchen. I see my parents cooking, so I clear my throat,

"Mother, father, this is Ashton, he'll be staying with us for the next week." I say.

They greet Ashton and set him up in Caleb's room. I go to my room and wait for dinner to be ready. I hear footsteps nearing my door so I pat down my hair making sure my bun looks appropriate. I hear a knock at the door, so I walk up and open the door.

"You have visitors." My mom says,

"Who?" I ask,

"Jeanine Mathews, from Erudite." She replies,

I nod recognising the name for the Erudite leader. I walk downstairs and take a seat on the couch, where there is tea infront of us.

I give a slight nod to greet Jeanine,

"Good evening Beatrice." She says,

"Good evening." I respond,

"It has come to my attention that you are marrying Tobias Eaton on the 4th of June." She says,

I nod and she smiles,

"Well, I'm here to congradulate you. I ws assigned to come sign thiis paper saying that you are in favour of getting married," She takes a sip of her tea and continues, "Of course Tobias will also be signing this but I need your signature aswell."

"Alright." I agree and sign my name on the line,

"Congradulations Beatrice, I'd like to put you in a hotel in Amity for your honeymoon, consider it a  wedding present, and thanks for meeting with me today." She says,

"Thank you, Mrs. Mathews and it was my pleasure." I respond,

"Please call me Jeanine, good night Beatrice." She says,

I nod and lead her to the door. When she leaves I go to dring the tea that is now luke warm. It has a nice sweet taste to it. Once I'm done I go to wash both mugs and head over to dinner. We eat in silence and then go to sleep.
