I'm not dead... Just extremely lazy

Garroth stared at him, disbelief swimming in his eyes. It couldn't.... Could it?
"I'm sorry I ran out."

Garroth awoke that morning, and it felt like any other morning. He got dressed, ate breakfast and fed his cat, Sprinkles. His friend Aphmau had suggested the name, since that had been a childhood nickname he had given her.

And then he grabbed his book.

It wasn't any ordinary book. He had gotten the cover made specifically for this book. It was made from leather, with a golden flower on the cover. The book didn't have many words, the only words inside it were dates and the names of flowers. A different flower was pressed into every page.

"Wonder what flower this mystery person is going to leave next." Garroth said quietly. Every day for the last few months, someone had been leavening a flower on his doorstop almost every day. Garroth had been rightfully terrified at first, but then he found it sort of cute. Garroth REALLY wanted to know who was leaving these. Who wouldn't? He sighed, and calmly put his book away, before walking downstairs to check if there were any more flowers, and then to go to school.

To his surprise however, there wasn't a flower at his doorstop. There was a man. An incredibly good looking man, but a man all the same. And not just ANY man. This was Laurance, the guy who Garroth just happened to be crushing on. He was one of Aphmau's friends, well one of her friends that Garroth had only met a few times. And then the thought hit him.

Why the hell was he at his house?

"Um hi Laurance. Not to be rude or anything, but why are you at my house?" Garroth asked, trying his hardest to not blush. He probably failed.

"Well, uh, it's kinda hard to explain without sounding kinda creepy, to be honest..." Laurance said, purposely avoiding Garroth's eyes.

Garroth stared at him, disbelief swimming in his eyes. It couldn't... Could it?

"I'm sorry I ran out."

"You've been leaving those flowers? But why?" Garroth's attempts at not blushing were quite clearly failing now.

"Well, I've been leaving them because I'm a little bit of a coward when it comes to incredibly cute guys." Laurance blushed, his eyes were no longer trying to avoid Garroth's anymore, instead they seemed glued to them.

And then Laurance went flying.

Because Garroth had launched himself at him for a hug. And Laurance would've been quite fun with hugging an adorable blond boy for a while, if he didn't have school.

"You know I'd love to just spend a while hugging you, but uh we got school." He chuckled. "So I'll make this quick then, would you go out with me?"

"I quite literally threw myself at you, what do you think the answer is?" Laurance smiled, picked up his school bag (which had fallen off because of pre mentioned hug). Garroth grabbed his bad, grabbed Laurance's hand and the two walked off together.

"You kept them?" Laurance stared at the book in shock.

"Yeah, and I'm quite glad I did really," Garroth gently took his book back and placed it away. "Because the look on your face is adorable and priceless."

"Oh shush."

"Only if you cuddle me."

"Deal."

I came VERY close to ending this sadly.
